This place SUCKS!! They forget food every single time. I always ask if my food is in the bag, Before I even look just to verify that they checked. Not to be a Karan but to be a Karan. I don't know who the older woman is that works the drive thru, but she may need to be switched to somewhere where she doesn't deal with customers. Her attitude always sucks when dealing with her. I ordered a pancake and sausage platter for my daughter. I asked for strawberry jelly, syrup, and butter. Before I even finished my sentence she RUDELY said back 'It comes with all of that stuff'. Ok. My bad. I didn't know because you usually have to ask for condiments. My daughter specifically wanted strawberry jelly for her pancakes (disgusting sounding, but she's discovering new foods and things she likes.
