Really slow fast food. A double drive in, no line, and we've been sitting here 10 mins. Won't visit this one again.

I was surprised how nice, clean, and friendly it is inside the restaurant. However, the outside can use a fresh coat of paint and the drive thru can be pretty slow. Staff is friendly and the self serve kiosks are there if you don't want to speak with anyone. read more

Well I've never been inside but I have peeked in when we go through the drive thru. Looks pretty decent compared to other McD's. I don't understand all the low stars - yes it's McD's. If you're coming here, you're not expecting gourmet food and service right? You're looking for fast food. I've never used the late night menu which is what most of the complaints seem to be about on here. We usually just go through the drive thru when I'm craving those addicting apple pies and the super sweet vanilla shakes. Something about it - I swear it has to have crack in it.. Cause I be neeedddinggg it ... not wanting ... neeeeding it. The service seems decent, never had a problem. They haven't messed up any of my orders. I hope I don't jinx it now. THE WORST MCDONALD'S OF ALL TIME! I AM SERIOUS. I went to a drive through and ordered a big kids meal late night. I then go to the pay window and the lady asks me what i ordered. I had to repeat my order and then pay, then I went to the pick up window and the lady asks me what i ordered. I TOLD HER FOR THE 3rd time and then she hands me a coke and says thank you good bye. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So i said to her what i ordered and she gave me the regular kids meal and didn't give me the two frosties I ordered. I also went there 3 months ago and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and there was only 1 person on the register at 12 pm and i waited for 25 minutes for my burger. I already paid for it and no one gave me attention to give me my money back so i could leave. about 4 months ago, i ordered through the drive through and my food wasnt ready so they made me pull over and I had to wait in the parking lot for my food. I waited for 10mins and went inside and they couldn't figure out where my food was. seriously!? I have only been there these 3 times. great experience, NOT!!!! I went to this McDonalds to get the Ltd Ed Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry because it is one of the few locations that has the McFlurry machine. Most places just put the dry ingredients on the top of the soft serve, which is not what a McFlurry is. I don't understand this trend that it seems McDonalds is supporting. Even the locations that have the machine are doing it. I called this location and was told that they did have the machine. But when I did go there, almost a week later, the person who made my McFlurry also just put the dry topping on the soft serve. So I asked to return it. The person said she would make another one but it was the same. Then the manager came and said she would remake it herself. This time it was really blended and "flurried' just like the PR photos of this item. And it was a totally different experience from the one I had previously at another branch where they had just put it on the machine for a few seconds so that it still had lots of dry topping on top. This one was completely blended and it was the experience I had been looking for. It was, I am sure, the way this item is intended to be and was just as it is pictured. I am very grateful to the great and very nice female manager at McDonalds who made this McFlurry for me and want to give her a great review. read more

I then had to order again for no reason at the pay window (which is basically impossible to drive up too). Then I was handed a coke at the food window. Grown adults incapable of operating a computer? Manager was not smart enough to ring up our mobile order. When McDonalds released this feature last year, ordering ahead, did they do so without training a single employee on how to use it? This has happened a few times at multiple locations. Bring my boys to this location since closest to home- but if Wayne the manager is on its so annoying- if staff need assistance he never helps- one day my kid couldn't get a coke with his happy meal- one day got the wrong flavored sauce and when asked for the bbq sauce was told had to purchase more - and today they scanned my coupon on the wrong order and then wouldn't honor it despite their error- he's so belittling and never rectifies any mistake and comes across so condescending- just says a generic apology but doesn't fix any error. I truly wish I could give 0 stars and then come back over and over to give more 0 star ratings. One for every incorrect order and poor customer service experience. I can say, without exaggeration, that I have almost never had an order that was not wrong and/or missing items. A couple examples: I ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals. One was plain. When we got home both orders were wrong and the "plain" cheeseburger was just cheese on a bun. Once I ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles only to find that the only thing they put on it was pickles. This kind of complete ineptitude is almost admirable. Any attempt to right my orders have always been mets with half-hearted apologies or outright combative suspicion. I get that this is a fast food customer service job. But if you are doing a job, whatever it may be, do your best. And if you can't then at least try not to be a complete screw up. read more

I'm currently sitting in the parking lot of this supposed 24/7 McDonald's and I was just told that the kitchen is closed and that all I can order is hash browns and apple pie. First, let me say that I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a McDonald's, but I think the experience I had on Monday warranted it. Anyway, when going to a McDonald's, one doesn't usually expect much, like service, or cleanliness, or quality food. That said, this place is pretty bad even for a McDonalds. The orders were backed up so much that the other patrons and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for our respective orders to be filled (so much for fast food), and the staff was in no hurry to fill any of the orders. I saw a cashier take two hash browns out, bag them, and then put them back on the frying rack. The iced coffee with cream that I ordered was probably 50% cream; I couldn't even drink it. Food was okay, though (you know, for a McDonald's), and unlike a few of the unlucky patrons before me, my order was not messed up, with the exception of the iced coffee. Also, I've been to the drive through a few times during late night service, and good luck getting anything you want during that time. read more

The customer here is the worst I have ever seen. Being mean to others not respecting others and are not helpful at all. She've been only calling the order for 3 seconds and shes being is impatient already. In retrospect, this scene had happened over and over again. The food here is find tho, but the service is so terrible. It really ruins people's day, I believe not only me, all the others who had experience it believes so. And theres one time, I've forget my things here, and I ask for the customer for help, I would never forget that she just yelled at me and said we are not responsible for this and your not supposed to forget your stuff here. I mean, you forget your stuff, do you need a reason that you forgot it? Oh if you do, if I'm your boss, the first thing is not to fire you, I would just not give you the salary and said I forget it why didn't you ask? The only reason I would come here is to sit with my friends and relax. But with that customer service, being rude all the time. Firstly, let's call the McRib what it is. It's a burger that is oblong shaped, in an oblong bun, slathered with BBQ sauce. It should be called the McRib burger. I don't see what all the buzz is about. My ordering on 12-8-2020 @ 2:53 PM. I drove up to the window and spoke in clear English to the woman I think was named Sidel. One SMALL fry, one McRib, one Big Mac, one small Diet Coke. After repeating myself 4 times, on the fifth time, she acknowledged that she got my order. This woman neither spoke OR understood much English. She told me $9.63 and I gave her a 20 and gave me change for $15.70. I pulled to the pick up window and the incompetence continued. The person at the window was checking her touch screen looking for my order in this spot and that, telling me I ordered a MEDIUM fry, where I said no SMALL. we went back and forth with this for several times and I finally said just give me what you have for me and she said yeah yeah. I'd like to suggest to the management of this site that your employees are in the business of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't expect to be smart assed by the woman I pick up my order from. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do choose to do so again it won't be at McDonald's. read more

McDonald's definitely is consistent and has decent food that has improved, and at times been even interesting through the years. The good times and great taste about Mickey D's being your place are a bit exaggerated, but the price, convenience isn't bad. The nice thing about McDonald's now is that with some knowledge of nutrition you can stay reasonably healthy and not poison yourself, while keeping it reasonably inexpensive The McDonald's in Quincy fits the bill and is a decent enough place. My only warning unfortunately is that this restaurant is near a homeless shelter. While I don't have anything against the least fortunate of society, it has happened more than once that various different fast talkers or just plain annoying individuals were asking me for money, borderline soliciting me in the presence of my children (therefore it was harder for me to just run away and evade). This element renders this McDonald's a bit dicey. I'd still eat here, and the service is very nice, but I recommend the drive through instead. read more

Went after a long day of yard work to get a cool refreshing treat from my favorite ice cream joint, but to my surprise I was welcomed to there restaurant with a large scoop of deceit and a sprinkle of unethical behavior. They said there ice cream machine was down for repair, but as I glazed to the back room, the temperature gauge on the machine read 20 degrees Fahrenheit the ideal temperature for serving delicious soft serve. As the realization came to me that my favorite establishment has lied to me on the status of there operational readiness to prepare frozen treats I became extremely disappointed. I further more will not allow myself to ever eat at McDonald's again and I extremely disappointed in the management and front line staff in their dishonesty and lack of integrity. read more

Only come here due to convenience and hours. Order is usually wrong and drive thru times are terrible. Staff can either be friendly or rude; one time I stood in line waiting for a black coffee for a little under 20 minutes (!). Just timed my drive thru visit -- got my receipt at 6:46pm, told to pull into lot to wait for 1 other sandwich, after waiting a whole I went inside and it turns out my sandwich was on the warmer, they just forgot about me, got back to car 7:08pm. This place is a pandemonium The walls are fancy but the customer service is worse than horrible. I waked in for the first time at this location and I saw this scene: customers and employees shouting at each other on the counter From what I understood it was about a wrong order and there were threats to call the police, the discussion was escalating until one of the customers left. I placed my order, and a lady talking to a million people at the same time called my number, when I approached she asked if I got my drink, I said no, she then grabbed a cup and in the middle of giving me the cup she stopped to talk to another man inside (how rude!) I believe he was another manager? I waited literately right in front of her while she talked to this man, I didn't heat "wait please" or "sorry," "give me a minute," nothing...so When she was done taking to this man i got my cup and sat down to eat my French fries, while the shouting was still going among employees inside the kitchen....in front of all customers. This same lady that gave me my order yelled at another employee inside the kitchen asking her to be quiet with the discussion but she was yelling herself everything in front of all customers. It looked like a Jerry Springer show. I left with the sandwich untouched inside my bag and opened the bag in my car only to find out my order was wrong I ordered a fish sandwich but got a bacon/hamburger one. I walked back in and told this lady my order was wrong and she looked at me with disdain accusing me that I already ate the sandwich! How dare! I got so upset I told her how dare you accused me of such thing I only ate my French fries inside and I just walked out of this place when I found out in my car the order was wrong...I opened the box to show her the sandwich intact. This lady again interrupted me in the middle of our discussion and turned to another person to talk about something else....she is very rude and no skills to deal with the public. When I turned the other way and said I would like to speak to another manager, she rushed to give me another sandwich. Another man in line turned to me and confirmed this place is always like this and it used to be worse in the past! I saw the sign for $1 iced coffee, and thought I'd give it a try. I'll give them this...it wasn't bad. But, the odor inside...the unmistakeable odor of various, ultra low quality fried food that is in every McDonalds. Exactly how I remember it from when I was a kid.
