Let's just say, you - a tourist - are at CDG with a lot of time before your flight. You're sad to leave beautiful Paris but miss icy cold beverages and Egg McMuffins. The Golden Arches in the lower level of Terminal 1 might beckon. Approach with caution. Breakfast options are VERY limited (egg and cheese sandwich, breakfast burger). You have to beg for ice. The employees here seem bewildered that anyone is choosing to eat here. And they are right. Why would you do this to yourself? There are way better options in CDG - get a proper viennoiserie and a cafe somewhere else in Terminal 1. read more

I know that lately, fast food is looked down upon. However when I travel, I like to eat food that are reliable in any country. McDonald's has always served food that I could count on. This location was no different. I believe they have transitioned to having orders primarily placed on the kiosks as the counter was basically unmanned. During the end of the order process, you will tag your order with an order locator card. Once your food is ready, they will find you in the restaurant. Unfortunately for me, for some reason, my order was canceled, so my food never showed up. Thankfully, an employee that was bringing out the food noticed that I had been waiting for a while so she checked on the order for me. After that, my food was then finally brought out. I ordered a Double Filet-o-Fish sandwich meal with tater tots and a bottle of water. The food was just as I had expected for a McDonald's and I wish more McDonald's would serve tater tots as an option. There was a lot of available seating at this location. I would not hesitate to come eat here when I'm at this airport again. read more

I recently came to this establishment because I arrived 3 hours before my flight and couldn't check in until 2 hours before my flight. I ordered a large Coke Zero. It had a hint of Coke Zero to it but tasted quite fruity. The fruit flavor was foreign to Coke Zero. I asked the Chinese speaking staff member about this (she had a badge with the China flag on it and facilitates communication with the many Chinese tourists that visit Paris) and she verified that Coke Zero had, in fact, been put in my cup. Normally, McDonald's prides themselves in having the most delicious Coke products flavors on the market. Not at this location tho. I did add a star because there were many charging stations and I was able to charge my cellular device up to a solid 70% while I was there. read more

Excellent fast food and coffee option in CDG! Plenty of seating, power outlets for travelers, and fast WiFi adds to the experience. It is standard McD's fare - tasty, dependable, etc with healthy options. It can get a little crowded with people hogging the WiFi and power, but the staff are fast, efficient, and friendly. However, English is not always spoken, so be prepared to point! In all, a McD's expectation will be well met! Bon Appétit! read more

This is the WORST mcdonalds I have ever seen around the world. Thy have touch screens and expect customers to order using screens only. No personal interaction. The guy at the counter on July 17 ,2015 at 9 am was so impolite just because I asked if he is the one to take order. And he rudely redirected everyone towards touchscreens without answering questions. He was taking personal calls yapping with his boy friends across the counter as well. They have anothe McD after security which is good so one could go there instead. This one is completely understaffed and mismanaged. read more

The manager helped us out with a payment voucher for an order but some of the workers were straight up rude to us. They constantly denied and yelled at us, which ended up with the manager agreeing that we were correct. read more

Unbelievably inefficient. They use robots on the wall for ordering, but then the average customer needs 2 employees to help sort out confusion and get the actual ticket for the food. You won't know how to order. You won't know how your food is coming. They aren't polite. Everyone is standing around confused -- customers and employees. I think I was charged by a robot, then again by a person to get a ticket. They treat ketchup like it's made of gold or something. Somehow they expect to find you at your table to deliver your food, but they just wander, showing people receipt numbers at every table, constantly. It's a clusterfrack of confused people showing each other receipts. It's hard for me to be comparatively proud of America these days, but McDonald's, you've done it. Had this place ever been evaluated? It's like the French government reverse engineered McDonald's ingredients and they're bootlegging the service very poorly.
