I went for the chicken quesadilla with a Shirley Temple and he went for the fish plate with coleslaw and a Cadillac margarita. $73 later, we grabbed our table number and walked outside. After 30 minutes of waiting he went back inside to grab a beer from the bar. Mind you, I'm still waiting on anything to drink. After another 30 minutes (by this point it had been an hour), our food arrived. No drinks. No silverware. He went inside to grab silverware and drinks, bringing the check with him to prove we already paid for the drinks that never came. No one ever came to check on us either. He went inside a second time to ask if they forgot us. No one came to check on us except for once when we were already finishing up. We grabbed ketchup and hot sauce from the other tables. The salsa was definitely store bought. The fries were from frozen but had decent seasoning. None of this was "fresh." At least they gave him a lemon for his fish. Won't be back.

Some reviews here try to compare these mini burgers to sliders like Krystal .., there is no comparison! The beef used in these burgers is made into tiny odd-shaped clumps, and fried to perfection. The buns are soft and thick, and each variety of burger has plenty of good toppings. These are very tasty! The sack of 10 was perfect for two hungry adults to share for lunch. And, they have a nice selection of chips to round out the meal. I'm glad to have discovered Jacks! They were one of the only non-chain lunch places open on a Sunday!
