I don't normally write reviews unless something is seriously wrong. I ordered one item. A large caramel frappe. I was expecting it to be able to pull up to the window and receive it, instead they asked me to pull forward. even though, I could see the lady making the caramel frappe, I pulled for. 20 minutes later, I am still waiting. Nine vehicles have received what they ordered and have drove by me. while there are four other vehicles that are pulled up in the waiting area. A girl walks forward, gives the person waiting in spot number one their food and was going to walk right past me and I said "I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a single item, a large caramel frappe." she apologizes about the wait and she goes in. 15 minutes later, she walks back outside with my large caramel frappe. In total, I waited for 35 minutes for a large caramel frappe which was $6.03. I don't know if it makes me the fool for paying $6.03 for a caramel frappe or if I'm the fool for waiting 35 minutes because I spent $6.03 on a large caramel frappe. read more

Everytime I come here they take forever to make my food and it's wrong every-time! Even when standing at the front counters I never get any service while they sit there and stare at me, it is not that hard to assist someone when they've been waiting for 10 minutes. Do better read more

Did not recieve my fries with meal order on my visit 11-18-22 should have looked before I left. A month ago I ordered three sandwiches and only two in bag when got home. Did not return for fries since it was a ways to drive. read more

Customer service is everything! My cardinal sin was requesting salt and ketchup! The unfriendly blonde at the window scowled at me, said nothing and threw it in my bag. I'm sorry but that's kinda your job. If you can't smile, find what you love and do that! Hope the owners read their reviews and fix it. read more

I never write any reviews. However, we go here at least twice a week for my son. I would have to say at least 8 out of 10 trips there the order is wrong. There seems to be no training or teaching the young employees the right way to do things. Why can't all fast food restaurants be ran like Chic Fil A. They almost always are fast and accurate and have good attitudes. read more

Customer service is very poor. Sat in drive thru a week or so ago for 5-7 minutes and said hello multiple times.. ended up having to drive to window to place order. Again tonight, 5-7 minutes without any acknowledgment, finally after awkwardly saying hello for the second time someone asked what I wanted. Drove to cash window and the lady is sitting in a chair taking money. No smiling no speaking no nothing. Got to the pick up window, lady gave me drinks and told me to pull up to wait on my food. At this point I'm irritated, why on earth would I pull up after barely being acknowledged as a customer. I did, I pulled up. And when my food was brought out the lady never even spoke. Now I'm not saying I need to be treated like royalty but customer service goes a long way and tonight I witnessed 3 employees that dont give a dang about the community they serve. If you can't be polite, go work in a room by yourself, not where you face hundreds of people daily. read more

I hate coming here!! If only Sheridan had more options. I work 12 hour days and sometimes don't want to have to cook when I get home. Today my family wanted McDonalds which is the ONLY reason I bothered. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 large fries and a combo with a frozen coke. The drive thru screen wasn't working and was hung up on a previous order. The person working the drive thru did not read my order back to me either. I get to the window to pick up my food and it's missing the 2 large fries..... surprise, they didn't even have them added to my order. I have to go back thru the drive thru!!!!! I told her that I didn't get 2 fries. She just said pull around. I get to the 1st window. I tell him that I didn't get my 2 large fries and I need to pay for them. He tries to ring up my order but leaves twice to go ask something. He comes back and tells me to go to the next window. The lady asked what I had previously ordered. I told her I wasn't charged for the fries. She then goes to ring up the fries. They give me the fries (by this time my fries with the combo are cold and the frozen coke is melting away!) and I ask for a receipt to log it in my account record. I am now told to pull up and wait. They have to be kidding me! My family will have to deal with just Hardee's, Sonic, BK and Dairy Queen because my 30,000 McDonalds points will just have to expire because I will not go back. Maybe we can get a Kentucky Fried Chicken! Heading home from this nightmare. Hope my family likes cold fries that taste like oil and watered down coke (since the frozen part will no longer exist by the time I get home) cause that's what's for dinner tonight!! read more

Very unprofessional! Yes I know it's a McDonalds so professional doesn't go with that but people should have some kind of home training. One time employees where fighting and cussing each other then went through the drive thru and the lady working was rude as can be she kept getting my order wrong and after me correcting her 4 times she gets an attitude with me. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would! This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We stopped on our way from Little Rock to Louisiana & hadn't eaten anything all day. We waited 15 minutes for our food & when we finally got it, it was wrong. The fries weren't the right size & got a regular quarter pounder, instead of a double. While we were telling them of the errors, multiple people came back with order mistakes & were complaining. And when I say multiple people, I mean almost every single car that we saw go through the drive thru, came back because something was wrong!! I don't typically write reviews for things, but this needs to be addressed & fixed. We did get refunded for the food & returned everything, but this location has major problems. DO NOT eat here, it's not worth the headache. read more

Horrible service, unprofessional employees and the restaurant is always filthy. From nasty sticky tables, the drink station is always filthy with ketchup dried on the counter and sticky soda spills. Flies flies and flies, trying to place an order and watching flies landing all over the food, counters, drink and ice cream machines is stomach turning. I've written complaints to the owners who obviously don't care about the appearance of their business. read more

The past few times I have been into this McDonald's my order has been wrong and I've had to take it back. The burgers seem to have gotten greasier and greasier each time I've had to purchase food from there. The up keep isn't the best and it seems like they are struggling to keep employees. read more

Haven't visited in over a year so decided to use the drive through to get breakfast...got to the window and had me pull into the reserved drive thru parking spot...sat there for 30 min waiting on my order...I call and they say they will have it right out....another 20 min and no food...call again and the guy says let me check and hangs up on me...another 5 min and they send out and employee that has been working 2 days...to chicken for someone in charge to come out...this is the very reason I took the one year hiatus....as far as I'm concerned there is not a McDonalds in Sheridan AR...wow read more

This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. They very seldom can get an order correct. They usually forget part of the order. They create more work than necessary. Example: I usually order two cheeseburger with pickles and cheese only. But they also put mustard, ketchup and onion on as well. read more

I'd rate it a zero if possible. Food is never fresh, fries are cold and too salty. Orders are never made correctly. Went in one morning and the sewege from bathroom was draining INSIDE coming out of the drains inside store. Workers were walking around in it and it was inside the lobby as well and they were STILL making customers food in these conditions. Simply a disappointment. With the new renovation there is an extreme lack of seating, today I felt the need to rush my meal in order to provide seating for another family. Along with this issue comes the new usage of two drive through lines, I assume McDonald's has not actually considered whether it's understaffed location can handle this and the short answer is that it can not. With employees rushing in and out of doors to fill orders simple services like filling the ketchup dispenser go undone. Not to mention the plethora of flies that seem to swarm the restaurant on a daily basis. In a town of few options to eat elsewhere, McDonald's convenience and cheap prices are the only things keeping it in business. read more
