Food: This... is described as a "white bean soup." It--is NOT. This, is a 'vegetable' or nearly a 'minestrone' soup. I have a nightshade allergy. I spent $ on something I cannot eat--because of FALSE description. And, I'm hungry now 'to boot.' Service: The only/best part/experience (the soup was ZERO), is the toast points and the delightful kitchen staffer who hand delivered my order. Ambiance: The ambiance is excellent. (This time) doesn't make up for the big FAIL on the soup.

Living in NWA I'm used to Onyx Coffee. It was refreshing to find excellent coffee with delicious pastries and snacks, good music, and exceptional service! Best part- They serve Onyx Coffee! When I return to Hot Springs, Kollective Coffee + Tea will be on list!

It's been eight years since I've been here and the place is doubled in size. The ambience is very 1992, which is very cool and the guy that's the head man in charge is also very cool. He's attentive and very personable now when it comes to the food I had blooming tea and eggs Florentine. The tea was OK, the plating it itself was a beautiful presentation, but there was no taste. And for the price tag of $25 I just needed some type of seasoning.

Kollective serves Onyx coffee roasted in NW Arkansas. Onyx is known within the coffee world for its quality. The coffee shop is located at the head of Bathhouse Row in a 100 year old building, so the vibes are on point with the coffee. The folks are real friendly too!

Lovely local coffee shop located on the NW side of bath house row. Sometimes it's hard to find coffee outside of Starbucks and this was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Slightly hipster vibe. Coffee was fantastic. They serve a small menu of food, coffees, and a good selection of tea as well. There is limited on street parking as well as public lots.

Excellent food and ambiance - the quiet bustle of a coffeehouse but not overly loud or distracting. There was a steady stream of people on a Monday morning. Though I'm a coffee drinker (see photo), there were a lot of tea options for those preferring tea.

This is a great coffee shop. The owner is a friendly gentleman who wants to make sure his customers are happy, even when there's challenge to find decent parking outside. I ordered a mocha, which he added some cinnamon (at my request) and it came out excellent. My husband enjoyed the brew and we ended up purchasing some local beans to take home. Coffee beans that, according to the owner, are award winning in the world. The shop is big, but the chairs aren't as comfortable to sit in for too long. I would still return again.

The flavors available for the coffees are a good selection of sugar free and regular. They do have half and half which makes this a great option for a creamier coffee. The staff working there was great, which helped with deciding on what to order. The restaurant had some good seats that were cozy and offered a great scene with the shop slightly backed up against the mountain rock, you can see it out of the extra large glass window in the back part of the shop.

Wall to wall people in a cafe is a great sign. Kollective deserves the crowd! Friendly staff and great quality coffee! Perfect before a Sunday morning hike. I wish I had had more time to linger in the comfortable seating!

Visiting Hot Springs for the first time and looked up coffee/tea shops in the area and this is the most recommended. Went in on a Sunday at 11 am and they were busy! Great food options, very vegetarian and vegan friendly. I ordered an Egg Florence and it seriously was one of my favorite things I've eaten in Hot Springs! The breakfast is better than Pancake Shop, which is a very popular breakfast place just down the street, but I think Kollective's food is much more delicious. Also ordered Halo and Jasmine Lily Tower bloom teas-- both were also fabulous! Only complaint would be the menu size on the tvs-- font is tiny and very difficult to read, and the seating wasn't great. Overall, staff was great and food was delicious!

Food is fabulous, scones are warm and moist. Coffee has fabulous notes and lots of milk and flavoring options. Bagel breakfast sandwich came out steaming hot and so yummy. It's a busy, noisy place but not loud to the point you can't enjoy yourself and sit And visit. Always come here when I'm in town.

This place was amazing ! Their employees are extremely helpful, sweet, attentive and informative. I was craving matcha, and when I was placing an order the employee let me know before hand that the matcha is not automatically sweet, which I loved the heads up so i can order accordingly!! The matcha was made extraordinarily delicious I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, SF vanilla and lavender. Once again the employee let me know that the lavender isn't SF, I wish i caught this employees name so i can shout them out but sadly I didn't !! I would totally come again and if i was a local, I would be here everyday !! This coffeehouse is both for socializing and for doing work. :) Their playlist was also very good, I shazamed a few songs during my time there.

Nice little coffee shop, have wine as well. We just grabbed coffee to go but seems like a nice place to hang out all. Service was good.

Barista was very kind. The vanilla syrup for the latte tasted artificial. Not the best latte I've ever had.

Not my kind of aesthetic, but it works for a quirky coffee shop. Most of their offerings are lattes, cappuccinos, frappes. But they do have pour overs in which they use Mountain Bird coffee out of Holiday Island, AR. I ordered an Ethiopian pour over. Not an amazing cup of coffee, but it works and is better than straight up drip. Customer service is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They seem understaffed, but the employees are working hard and are doing it with a smile. The only reason for the 4-star and not a 5-star is because I think the place is just too eclectic for me, extremely mismatched. I don't feel relaxed. Too busy, a little uneasy, not cozy to me. But I know others would disagree and love this place. Recommended of you want a yummy cup of Joe

Have nothing but good things to say. We had a little trouble finding it but it's basically upstairs from the Subway sandwich shop. Prices were good and the quality did not disappoint. Love the hand drawn stickers for the coffee sleeves. They also have a guest book that people can write a little note in and sign. It was really cute to thumb through as we enjoyed our drinks. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend you visit!

Review #18 out of 25 for 2025 lets goo!!…read more This restaurant caught my eye on my trip to hot spring Arkansas. Its located off main street in the downtown area so its easy to get to. Plenty of street parking but what I had an issue with was that they close everyday at like 3pm! They are missing on so much potential business, specially since they are within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The first time I went to eat here they were close, the second time I went in they were about to close down. Well third time is the charm and I was finally able to eat at this restaurant. I already knew what I wanted looking at their menu from the window. I got the country fry steak with mash potatoes and okra (its my go to), with white gravy and sweet tea. I got a side of brown grave to compare and I like the white gravy better (the brown one was good but too salty). They did have a bit of a wait but that was fine since I knew this place was in a busy tourist place. The food was hot, it had flavor and came out in a reasonable time, the okra was crisp and not burnt, the mash potatoes were chunky but thats ok (wish they would have given me more). The steak was delicious and if I were in the area again I would stop by early before they close.

We waited a bit for food and yes it's a little outdated HOWEVER the service and food were great! Our waitress was as friendly as could be and kept my coffee filled. Husband had the ham and cheese omelette and a side of biscuit and gravy. He's a fast eater anyway but there was nothing left on his plate. I enjoyed the breakfast croissant sandwich special. The croissant was smooshed but that didn't change the taste. The bacon was perfectly cooked! Hash browns were also cooked just like I like them. Just have patience while you wait and you'll enjoy yummy food and friendly service!
