I have been to this location a handful of times, always great service - friendly and fast. This last visit was the night before Thanksgiving and both the man taking orders and the girl working the window were friendly and personable. They were truly a pleasure. The food was also much better than other McD's - even my kids noticed how much better their nuggets tasted than normal. Feels weird to leave a review for fast food, but if you're driving and need a drive-thru near Spokane, this one is nice and easy. Awful almost every time! Fries are always cold and/or old. The nuggets are the same way. The staff just don't care at this location. Worst one in town from my experience which blows because they are right by me. I avoid them whenever I can. But sometimes it's my only choice unless I go elsewhere which is hard because there aren't many options around here. They are usually pretty quick though. And friendly for the most part. I've only been inside a couple of times and it was always clean. The food just ruins it though. read more

I'm 0 for 2 after landing at the Spokane airport and they seem to always be "closed for maintenance" (although they're paying someone to man the drive thru for some reason.) The drive through line was about 5 deep but went fairly quick. The order taker and window person (I think different people) were both pleasant. I asked for no onion on everything in the order, but unfortunately that didn't happen. The burgers were still what you would expect from a McDonalds, decent enough to fill the void. Just left this location at about 8:15 pm. We were on our way home to the TriCities with three of our Grandsons after attending the Christmas parade in Cour de Lane. We all got chicken sandwiches (3) except for my wife and the youngest Grandson who ordered McNuggets. The first thing we noticed was the 10 piece McNugget did NOT come with any sauce. We ordered a Sweet & Sour, but it wasn't in the bag. Also, NO NAPKINS, none. I just had one of the absolute worst fast food items I could imagine. The sausage breakfast burrito was almost entirely tortilla, the amount of egg and cheese and sausage was so negligible but all I could taste was tortilla and the sauce I put on it. Besides that it was old! I know McDonald's is in first class restaurant but this was despicably horrible! No self-respecting fast food entrepreneur would ever serve a piece of garbage like I just was served. I guess I should've known better. Shame on McDonald's for this type of poor quality being served. Drive through took forever to take our order, sausage burritos were the size of a quarter in diameter compared to other McDonald's, wrong hot sauce, bag of ice was not given to us, and no receipt to document our experience.
