My family and I went there today, and although we were greeted w a smile and have a nice day, they forgot there was more to the exp. then that... such as the meal. After waiting in line for 6 mins w only one car in front of us (and the restaurants only customers at 630 am) my family ordered 2 SWEET Teas, 1 water, and 3 sausage and CHEESE mcmuffin and the ONLY THING the restaurant got right was the water. The SWEET tea was missing the essential ingredient the SUGAR, and the sandwich was missing...you guess it the CHEESE!!! What the HECK!!! I went to this McDonalds with my boyfriend, we placed our order through the drive-thru. We didn't have any wait time in line, however as usual they told us to pull up to the front door. Customer after customer left and we sat there, still waiting. We eventually got our food, and headed home. I distributed the food to my boyfriend, his son and myself. Immediately I got upset that I had stone cold French fries! Why had I just waited SO long?!? I then removed my cheeseburger from the wrapper, where I found the bun to also be made of some sort of clay or rock substance. I refused to eat it. I then started to inspect my $1 Chicken sandwich, my boyfriend made a comment about his bun being hard, as I turned to look at him I saw something run from his sandwich down his hand onto his leg. He smacked it and quickly grabbed it. He peered into his hand and there was a ROACH!! We immediately went to McDonalds with the Roach back inside of the sandwich wrapper and told the manager. She had no idea of what to do so she called someone else, then went to look for an "Incident report" She came back claiming they had run out and she would just write it down on a white piece of paper. This McDonald's Is the most absolute worst one in Suffolk, they're slow as f*ck, they can't get orders right and they're rude for no reason. I came to this store on Sunday to get breakfast for me my girl and her son. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels, one sausage biscuit with cheese and two hash browns. They forgot both of the hash browns and made my girlfriends bagels wrong they put an egg white on one of them but a folded egg on the other then when she went back in there to get the issue fixed they told her "that's how they're made" bullsh*T how do you made two bagels different from the other? Not to mention they forgot about her 3 times after they told her that's how the bagels are made. We waited over 20 mins and had to deal with a screaming toddler because of these people. I recommend going to the McDonald's off Holland rd by Lakeland high school. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service from this place and all the employees are teenagers so ofc they don't give a f*ck because they're too busy goofing off rather than doing their jobs. The food was good. The service? Not so much. I came here with my elderly grandparents, who only know that McDonald's has good food. Besides, my grandfather is the one who orders all the fast food in this family, so he knows all of the fast food etiquette. My grandmother is a bit lacking in that. When the girl at the counter asked her if she wanted a meal, my grandmother asked her what a meal was. In response, the girl had a hysterical laughing fit. Sure, it's funny to the relatives, but she could have treated the situation in a kinder way. Also, when my grandmother and I were getting drinks-- well, first of all, the drinks were horrible. My grandmother attempted to get a Coke, which was almost completely water and spewed out of the machine, getting all on her jacket. She tried the Sprite (which is, for some reason, attached to the Coke?) and it did the exact same thing. When we asked an employee what the problem was, she replied, "Uh. Dunno." Thus, I myself had to explain to my grandmother what was probably going on. Sure, it wasn't THAT big of a hassle, but my grandmother walked out with a splattered jacket, and aren't employees supposed to be kind and willing to answer any questions a customer might have? Hardly any of the drink machines work, employees complaining having to work in front of customers, asked to get the new chicken tenders they told me they didn't have any chicken tenders even though the restaurant is covered in the advertisement for the new chicken tenders. read more

This particular McDonald's location is ridiculous to say the least. Tonight I ordered 5 Snickerdoodle McFlurries, stood in line for at least 15 minutes waiting for my order only to be lied to by the manager via an employee that, "my manager told me to tell you that we are currently out of Snickerdoodle ingredients." Fine, a little annoyed that I waited that long to hear that I politely requested a refund to which he replied, "I will have to get my manager." *I feel as though I must also mention that this poor young man couldn't even keep a straight face as he told me this blatant and typical of McDonalds, lie.* The same young man returns and tells me that his manager has asked [whether I] would I prefer another "flavor" McFlurry? I reply, "No thank you Sir, I would prefer my refund." Magically the manager appears and starts cranking out Snickerdoodle McFlurries?!?! As my husband and I stand there perplexed she turns to us and attempts to hand over one of her here today gone tomorrow creations and my husband replies with, "now that's one, you've got four more to go." The manager continues to make them, obviously embarrassed as we along with the rest of the dining room have witnessed her outright LIE, she places them all in a cup holder then hands them to us without even making eye contact as she mumbles, "sorry about your wait." WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Am I in the freaking Twilight Zone? What have I just witnessed?!?! Needless to say I WILL be sending a letter to corporate and I will NOT be returning to this location under ANY circumstance! If I want a burger that bad I'll make it at home...ice cream cone 7-Eleven here I come, but I refuse to hand over my hard earned money to a business that operates in this manner and encourages our young people to lie too. Can't get right! That's what we call this McDonald's. Our order is never right. The fries are always half-filled and doggone near cold. The soda is normally flat and the food this thrown together. We have a family of 6, so when we do decide to go to Mickey D's, we're spending over $30. I know the managers have to see they are doing a piss-poor job. The managers are rude and don't believe in customer service, so why would the employees? Either you are waiting forever for food, they forget you're there and you have to go all the inside or they give it to you quickly and it's wrong. Giving this one star ONLY because a working cleaning stopped what she was doing to help us. We waited 20 minutes for our lukewarm food. We d idnt get bar-b-que sauce EVEN THOUGH the cashier specifically asked us if we wanted it. The service here is atrocious. I visited this McDonald's again yesterday, and their service is still horrible, from the cashier that waited on me to the management. I ordered both a medium and large sized meals: the large fry container was less than half full, they didn't include the medium fries at all. I was given nothing but attitude from the cashier, as if her ineptitude was my fault. She told her manager who just stared at me with disdain. I waited easily 5 minutes for them to correct their error, and by the time I returned to my table my food was cold. 24 Hour drive thru, Slow Slow Slow. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went three times over the past month to their drive thru around 1a.m. - 3a.m., each time. Super Slow service. I have no idea what is going on behind closed doors, but for the amount of time I spent in that drive thru I could have grilled hamburgers on the grill for 20 people. I don't usually eat at Mcdonald's however, today I was in a hurry and it was convenient at the time. Surprisingly, the drive thru line moved rather quickly.
