Staff in a meeting when I arrived, so no one to take an order, kiosk down. I went to my car to place my order in the app. After the order was placed, my granddaughter decided she wanted a sweet tea. Couldn't get anyone to add to or take a separate order for it. Had to park as my order was not ready at the time so I had to park. I went inside again to order tea. Had to ask kitchen if anyone was taking orders. Finally got a cup to prepare my own sweet tea and paid $1.69 for a small tea. Worst customer service and they didn't want to make any sales or give any service!!!!! I want to give no stars but that is not an option read more

I ordered thru the mobile app for curbside service. I pulled into the spot and submit the spot number. I watched 3 different cars pull into parking spots, receive their respective orders and drive away as I am sitting and waiting on my order. I ordered a large Nugget meal and a hamburger. After 30 minutes of waiting, I got out my car to go inside. As I was going inside a young lady was headed out with part of my order. I do not know why it took so long. I asked for the manager, but the manager did not show up. One of the employees made a statement about my food just went outside, but it was a partial order. I do not know how long my food was sitting or if it was cold. I was angry now since the employees were acting like I was wrong for coming inside or asking about the time. The manager still did not appear. I order from this McDs all the time and this is the worst display of professionalism, ethics, morals or values I have ever seen in the staff. I have worked at this same McDonald's from 1994 to 1997 and the managers I have worked with would have never accepted this behavior. Gross. Don't eat here. The filet o fish was old and dry, the fries are usually too undercooked or old. They don't prepare your food to order if you wish to change anything (like extra sauce on your sandwich or something). Staff can be rude, depending on who you get that day. McDonalds in Vidalia is horrible. We placed a mobile order that was paid for we gave them the number they pulled us up to wait on our food and then they come out 30 minutes later saying that they dont know nothing about our order we show them the receipt on the app plus the charge on the card and they still would not give us a order. The manager is horrible. He is unprofessional disrespectful and unwilling to cooperate or empathize with the situation by giving us our order after it was already paid for he stated that he wasnt allowed to give us our food and then almost an hour later after trying to get our order They finally bring out two items from our order with no fries which I wasnt understanding because they stated they couldnt give out no food without a receipt, but they still gave us that order even though it was not completed. I feel like he could have given us our order if he wanted to he was unwilling to cooperate at all, even though he saw that the order was paid for. I feel like I will never come back to McDonalds ever again if that is the type of manager that is running this place Because he does not need to be running anything he is unprofessional altogether. I have been to this location many times and what pisses me off is they got little kids working in there little kids dont belong behind the counter serving customers all they do is play and talk when there is work to be done !!! The lines are always backed up to the highway because of the staff they have allegidly ( WORKING ) and most of the time your order is ALWAYS wrong i ordered a big mac recently and it was not what i anticipated i was like how can you screw up a Big Mac. Well i guess you can But ill give them this !!! There fries are never really bad maybe i just have good luck sometimes but its mainly the staff they have working there I have ordered a caramel iced coffee one time and never will again !!! I wish I could give a 0. this is the absolutely worst McDonald's food wise. the line moved fast so service was ok but I had a fish filter that was seriously cold leather. it looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for 3 to 4 days. This McDonald's is newly rebuilt. They tore he old one down and started completely from new...including the parking lot. It is really nice inside, but I wish it was bigger. Also, I wish they had put a play ground inside. They did not put one anywhere and the old structure had a playground. As always, McDonald's is good fast food for kids and adults alike. This place has so much potential. We don't do a lot of fast food but over the past 3 months we have been here about once a month and every time the order is wrong. Once the kids meals were missing fries and toys, another time we got the wrong sandwich. Today we came specifically for the ADVERTISED toy. Update to previous post. Not much has changed in the three years since my last post. They still flick the ketchup packets at you have and have no intention of providing a ketchup pump like they used to. Hardee's has no problem with the matter. The front end is new. I stood in line as a lady was placing individual orders and paying for everything separately. The line started to back up. The manager noticing this came out and without any apology barked out awaiting our order. While he's dealing with us he's helping the new person. This is a newer, nicer building but everything else Remains the Same. read more

Friendliness of the management is below expectations. They don't smile, are not personable and the customer is just another person standing in their store. Don't you dare ask if the ketchup pump is up or they will flick a few packets at you. Wendy's, Hardees (within view of their store, have ketchup pumps for us that don't like having to try and tear apart a little packet over and over and over.
