went on a Sunday with a pretty big order so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. plus it was was a Sunday after church. but after 40 mins of placing the order I asked about it. and the MANAGER said she had already gave my order out turns out the MANAGER misplaced my to go order for mobile. I wouldn't had been mad if the manager wasn't so rude about it and tried telling me I was in the wrong. not only was the food soggy after have been sitting there for 40 mins but while the staff was nice the manager was not. read more

This Vidalia, GA Zaxby's is good. Very good!! But you better be ready to wait if you don't order online or door dash. I've waited for up to 40 minutes in the drive thru before finally starting to order through the app. I usually order the Blue salad with blackened chicken. Soooo so so consistently good. My other favorite is their fried pickles but you can't order them through the app, for some reason. I hurt myself every time with those fried pickles. Do not eat the entire order at once, God did not design our stomachs to eat that many fried pickles in one sitting. Please share these pickles with one or two other people or you will be sorry! Or save some for later!!! A fast food chicken place that does decent business with the number of people in and in line with the drive through. They have mushrooms which I've been addicted to being up north. It seems to be a staple there but not normally found in the south. Service was friendly but when I ordered it really wasn't clear to me what I was ordering. Apparently you have to know the menu even when it isn't clear chat is included. Kind of felt that they thought I was not all there because they clearly stated the name of the order and I should understand. Looking at the pictures posted by the company my salad was missing eggs and didn't look similar. Disappointing The cup size was quite large and made me think of Paunch burgers. Not really that big but looks that way to have it fit in the cup holder. The food was good and quick. I'll be back even if just for the mushrooms. I'd also like to try some chicken at some point if I can decipher the menu. read more

They were out of fries, my onion rings tasted like cheez-its, and the manager was literally screaming at her employees at the top of her lungs. I mainly go for the fries. Their tea is very good. The restaurant is clean. Food is usually great.

Gave me more napkins than food. I waited 20 minutes to be served a ton of napkins and only half the money's worth of food I paid for.

We go to Zaxby's fairly often; at least once a month. I really like the Nibbler meal, or sometimes I'll get a Zalad (those are hard to finish, though-- they're huge!). Husband usually orders either the chicken finger platter or the Kickin' Chicken sandwich. The food is consistently good, and always comes quick and hot. The restaurant is clean. They recently got a cool touch-screen drink machine with tons of flavor choices. I've seen those before, but it's the only one that I know of in Vidalia. Zaxby's is really supportive of community events and local sports teams. Really my only criticism would be that the staff behind the counter could work on being a little more friendly. Maybe they're just tired, but sometimes they seem like they're bored or hate their jobs or something. read more

If you are in Vidalia and looking for a great place to watch Fox News Live and Monday Night Countdown, while hanging out with local high school kids, this place is for you. Staff is very friendly and efficient. My Kicken Chicken Sandwich, as they call a fried chicken tender sandwich with ranch and torch sauce, was delicious and filling. Would've liked if my bread wasn't so buttery/greasy as it really made writing this review on my phone very difficult lol -reason for only the 4 stars. The worst Zaxby's ever. It took 30 minutes to receive our lunch. It was not a special order, just ordinary menu items but it still took over half an hour. I complained when I picked up the order but the employee did not even apologize. My son's French fries were good, everything else was bad. Soggy salad and undercooked chicken wings. I eat at Zaxby's frequently in Florida but I will never again visit this store. read more
