I live 3/4 mile away from this place- ( hesitant to call it a restaurant or fast food). Have tried and tried and not only are the burgers and sandwiches consistently lousy, poorly assembled and usually cold, the service is as close to nonexistent as can possibly be. They served a lightly browned and not rare -but totally raw and uncooked quarter pounder on one visit. The proximity and convenience to our house can be outshined by just eating breakfast cereal at home. Thats even if they gave you their food for free. What a disappointment. If you want a soft drink only, they might do okay if you dont mind waiting a while. Hard to believe a Mc Donalds franchise like this is allowed to exist. read more

Disgusting! I visited this location at 7:30ish am. The restaurant had old french fries and nuggets on the floor by a toddler chair and in it clearly from the previous night, since it was breakfast time only. There was other food scattered in other places. Receipts left on the table. Instead of making our food right away, they stood around talking and laughing. Skip your stop here. read more

Ordered my meal. Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Got given the wrong order 4 times. Went inside after 40ish minutes, no one would help me at the counter. After 10 minutes someone came over to me and they didnt have my order and wouldnt give me a refund. They refused to make me my order as well. They refused service entirely. I ended up spending 21 dollars on nothing and had to leave to another location to spend more money get food. Highly disappointed. Waste of money and time. I will never come to this location again. Not busy and got my order way wrong. I asked for number 2c which is a deluxe quarter pounder and then orders a double quarter with just meat and cheese. Well I got a plan 2 which I don't think it's the quarter pounder patty. Needless to say I don't normally leave reviews but this whole experience was wrong. The person putting my order almost charged me for two doubles. It's not that hard to put in just not attention to detail. I won't be going back which is unfortunate bc I live near by. Not sure why it also says it's permanently closed on Apple Maps but might need to get corrected. Might be the reason it wasn't busy and it was dinner time. Do better read more

I went through the drive through. I was checking my order and asked for two additional creamers from the manager who was working drive through. She huffed and rolled her eyes as she left to get two creamers. When she came back, with a glare and two creamers she didn't say anything, just raised her eyebrows like "are you done? Happy now"? Dad and I walked into the place. We were impressed how clean the restaurant was. Even the bathroom was clean and sufficiently supplied with toilet paper and Dyson hand dryers. The service was on the slow side. We had to ring the bell and wait 3 minutes for the employee to take our order. She was relatively polite, but did not speak loudly enough for my dad to hear her. Dad ordered the Quarter Pounder with French fries and I ordered a Filet- O-fish sandwich with French fries. The only complaint of the meal was that the fries were under salted. read more

He asks for my receipt..told him his machine didn't print one..he had me go on my bank to prove it and then I had to repeat my order so he know how much to give me back..that was after my order disappeared from the screen and he says I don't see an order for that number! I'm not sure how you can screw up McDonalds but somehow they did it, not one person that was there while we were had there order right.

The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was inedible. Slimey and rubbery. The lady who took my order in the drive through was very unpleasant. She just barked at me, "second window!" What happened to politeness and manners. I'm not a boomer, but even I'm sick of the rude customer service. read more

Taylor was a absolute gentleman. I watch some customers getting super angry for really no reason, he was very graceful and handling it and calmed them down quite nicely. His coworkers seem to love working with him. If I had the position to hire a manager I would poach him from McDonald's. The food on the other hand is what you expect and affordable. Busy place, but unhelpful staff, who ignore customers in the lobby. I ordered two fountain drinks on the app and it took 20 minutes to get them. I was in an RV so I couldn't go through the drive through, so I ended up in the lobby surrounded by disgruntled customers who could get the employees to help. I give one star for two reasons. First because the place seemed clean and looked nice. And second, and the main reason for the one star, is Yelp won't let me do less than one start. Don't recommend. The guy who took my order was nice, but when I went to the 2nd window I wasn't greeted or told what my total was, I didn't have enough money on that card at the time, she just put her hand out the widow and looked at me, like I knew what happened when my card declined. It was taking to long for me to get my bank pulled up to transfer the money for her she was clearly irritated and continued yelling to people in the back. I ended up pulling away so I could get the money and go back, yet again no greeting just hand out of the window expecting my card.
