This place was a huge disappointment. The food was completely unacceptable -- the nuggets tasted like they were from last week, dry and stale. The fries were soggy and limp, like they'd been sitting around forever. My burger was squished and thrown together with zero care. Honestly, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. This place has always been good. There is a new manager, Pat, who is running a tight ship. First time in a very long time I've heard a manager at any restaurant send employees out to wipe down tables and clean. This location is pristine! Kudos to Pat for staying on top of things. This is probably the most unreliable McDonalds I have been to in the area...if their menu screens aren't confusing enough then their fast food lanes are being answered at the same time by multiple people so your not sure if your order got taken properly or they food is sub-standard. Stopped to pick up dinner Memorial Day after a trying day...got home and the French fries weren't even cooked...it was as if they tossed them in the microwave to defrost them and then and them in the containers and tossed them in the bag. I mean, it's McDonald's. What you see is what you get, fast food for a cheap price. While I wouldn't say the food is "amazing", it is tasty and the service, admittedly is hit or miss (for me, I've had good experiences, I just have heard it isn't the best from other people). I asked for my order to be cooked to order. I ordered paid and had my food ready time I made it to the last window which was less than 2 minutes. I asked if the food was cooked to order the manager (short Mexican woman) said yes it was cooked to order I drove off looked at the food and of course it deffinatly wasnt cooked to order. I went inside to ask for my food to be cooked to order. while waiting the manager proceeds to talk in spanish saying the food is fresh I ask her is there something you want to say in English cuz I do understand what you say and it's very unprofessional for you to be the manager and talking in ur language about what a customer wants needless to say she continues to go back n forth with me again poor customer service skills. now I'm waiting for my fresh food and I waited 5.5 minutes so less than 2 mins and 5 mins is the same now.... simple request could have been filled but her laziness caused a poor review. This McDonalds is the slowest one I've ever seen. There were 3 orders in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my order that I placed in the building. Maybe all the workers are new? Spent over 15 minutes waiting in the drive-thru only to get up to the speaker and watch TWO cars that had come well after me have their orders taken in the other drive-thru lane while I waited. I went to this McDonald's about four times over the course of the Spring Semester of 2014, and each time I went there something was wrong. They either took a ridiculous amount of time to take my order and then get the food, or they got the order wrong entirely. I also received burnt coffee the two times I attempted to order it. There was one instance my boyfriend asked for a simple egg and cheese mcmuffin without the meat it comes with, and they gave it to him without the egg, so it was just cheese and bread! They mix up orders, serve cold and old food, and have the worst customer service I have ever seen at a McDonald's. I tried ordering from a woman and she asked me three times if I was getting the item I kept repeating for her, since she wasn't really listening to what I was saying. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Rude staff that do not take your order seriously. For the past 4 times that I have been there I have encountered rude staff. I have had to repeat my order several times, and when i pull up to the counter they are just talking to each other not caring that I i'm waiting outside. My last time I went I made a very simple order, 4 cheeseburgers WITHOUT pickle, and a large orange soda. What do I get? I get 4 Cheeseburgers WITH pickles and an iced tea?! When I tell them that I wanted my cheeseburgers without pickle and an Orange soda they respond back by saying "That was not what you ordered" and started arguing with me that I was the one ordering wrong when it was clear on the receipt what I ordered.
