Went at 11 unknowing it was closed and/or closing; was told to have my points number ready if I was collecting and to wait a moment and they would be right with me. Waited 10 minutes before a female employee walked out to inform me the restaurant was closed. I explained that I had been there at 11 only to be belittled. I left to only see her gossiping with other employees and mocking me through one of the windows. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant customer service wise. This place is a gong show. Order on the app 15mins before hand to pick it up on the way to work... and it's never ready. It takes just as long to order once you're there. They are always lost and have no idea what's happening... common people, it's not rocket science, It's pre-made breakfast and coffee... This has happened more than once... three times I've tried to use the app lol experience is the same. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Each time I go here for one reason or another (it's close to where I already am, we're in a hurry, I got a hankerin' for some nugs) it's a new disaster. I keep thinking the previous bad experiences must have been a bad day or random mishap (and that it won't be that bad this time), but at this point I realize it's standard operating procedure. Overall the drive thru is a 20-30 minute wait, so plan to be there a while. Hope you filled up on gas before attempting this. Expect cold fries and wrong food. Expect to see something yucky inside the restaurant or by looking into the window. One time, I witnessed a worker pulling a huge wad of black glop from a floor drain, and like a Predator with her trophy, show her dripping, dark prize to a co-worker, right beside where food was being bagged. It's solid. I'm sure anyone reading this review has been to a McDonald's at least once in their life and can probably make a fairly accurate educated guess about what the experience will be like. Their fries are nice and salty, that's a good bonus. read more

THE WORST!!! I have had my fair share of bad experiences, this one takes the cake. My boyfriend works at 6:00am and visits this McDonalds on his way to work. There is no traffic, no rush, no excuse. He orders and pays for a simple large coffee, 1 MILK and 1 sugar (as cream makes him sick) with an espresso shot, and a muffin. Not rocket science right? What he received was: a large coffee with CREAM and sugar. NO espresso shot, and a muffin, but was charged for everything. On top of that, he called the place shortly after to explain his frustrations, a female manager said she wrote down his name and address for coupons to correct the situation. This manager did NOT write anything down and straight up lied. Two weeks later he called back, another manager answers saying nothing was written down, and he will try to send coupons to us again. I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. Worst f***ing fast food service I've ever had, and I'm a fatty so there's a lot of trips to compare too. The manager needs to go back to pre-school and learn how to talk to people in even a decent manner. Also I've never seen a McDonald's with this amount of bad reviews. Cold food, very slow, sloppy portions, and has issues with quality control.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and decided to visit the washroom before ordering. The state of the washroom was enough to turn my stomach. If a restaurant can't be bothered to keep their washroom clean and in good repair, then I don't want to eat there. Who knows what the kitchen looks like and what kind of cleanliness the staff practice. It looked like the washroom had not been cleaned in a while. The floor was sticky, it smelled like urine. There was filth in the corners, and of course...no toilet paper! The sink was plugged and full of dirty water. The soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall and was also empty. The drive-thru service is often MUCH TOO SLOW. 5-10 minute waits, even when there isn't a line up. If McDonald's had to compensate me for my time, I would often get my order for free. This is NOT fast food!!! read more

Out of all my McDonald's experiences this is by far the WORST I have ever had. Walking into the building was like walking into a zoo; figuratively and literally. The building it's self was a total mess and full of impatient people waiting for food. The service was beyond under staffed which caused the wait time to be unnecessarily long. The food it's self was not put together well, not at all worth the wait. I'm sure my 4 year old cousin could of made a better burger. Beyond our belief, with how busy it was, employees seemed to have no problem chatting with costumers. Love McDonald's coffee, food I don't eat, but the coffee is unreal. Tims taste like cigarette butts are used instead of coffee beans. Anyways, back to the point, this has got to be the slowest McDonald's there is, lots of the time my order when I receive it through the drive through is incorrect. read more

If you're interested in being treated with any level of decency, head down just a little farther to Tim Hortons. The man (I'm assuming the manager) was so blatantly rude at the mic. Treated me like I was stupid for not reading the menu, even though the menu was off. And then even more rude when I asked for some straws and the rest of my order that was forgotten at the window, to the point where when I said I'd just go somewhere else, he said "Yeah that's what I thought". I could see him grinning through his mask. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of decency here. I have spent a LOT of time on the road, and not once have I ever been so disrespected for no actual reason. I was patient and kind until the end when he raised his voice at me for stating he made a small mistake. Do yourselves a favour and DONT go here. Ever. Online says 24 hour, door says closes at 11pm and we show up at 10:27pm and the doors are locked and won't take our order .... 6 vehicles showed up after us and wouldn't take their orders either .... if you close at 11pm you should be taking orders! read more

20 minutes in line with only 2 cars in line... 3rd time that has happened. Very frustrating!
