But Lil'feller isn't just in Winner, it's a winner; and Winner itself isn't your ordinary town of twenty-five-hundred: it's the county-seat of both its own and the neighboring county. Lil'feller - at least in my limited experience - does justice to such a twin-seated town (even if one drops in, as I did, outside of its famous pheasant season).
