I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the fraudulent business practices and…read morepredatory behavior I experienced at Reliable Truck Repair and Tire Service. I believe this establishment specifically targets out-of-state travelers with deceptive diagnostic assessments and unprofessional conduct. On October 17, 2025, my 1985 Kenworth dump truck broke down on I-80. After being charged an exorbitant $750 for a 14-mile tow, the vehicle was taken to Reliable Truck Repair. The owner, Mr. William, initially offered free storage and a diagnostic, eventually claiming the truck required a transmission replacement and full service. Relying on this assessment, I paid a total of $12,208.04 across two invoices in December 2025, plus an additional $681 for new batteries. When my driver arrived to collect the truck on January 10, 2026, the vehicle immediately exhibited the same mechanical issues it was originally brought in for. Despite several failed repair attempts in freezing conditions, a staff mechanic admitted the transmission likely was never the problem. When I confronted Mr. William on January 11, he became irate and refused further service, stranding my driver and forcing me to incur $1,400 in emergency travel expenses. Following this, the office assistant, Tony Duran, failed to respond to any of my inquiries for over a week. I have since paid for a third-party transport to return the vehicle to California. A professional inspection has now confirmed that the transmission was not the source of the original issue, verifying that the repairs I paid for were unnecessary and ineffective. I've already filed formal complaints to the BBB, the attorney Generals office of WY and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that investigated scams and predators like such business. It will take time but I will wait patiently. I hope my reviews can help future victims think before acting and trusting these fools and also if you have been taken advantage of please stand up for your self and do not let them get away.

By far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. 1 star is generous. First of all I wasn't planning…read moreto stay in this God forsaken town but a blizzard and I-80 closing had other plans. So allow me to describe the room. We were in room 2. The door barely opened. A very very small room with nothing but cheap thin wood paneling on the walls, tile like you would expect to see in a classroom or medical examiner's office. The ceiling was bowed down from water damage and was riddled with water stains. There was no heat....you read that right...motel in Wyoming and NO HEAT except a tiny space heater the type you might find under a office workers desk. Certainly not enough to heat a room even as small as this one. The walls had a thick red substance on them near the bed. I chose to believe it was Ketchup. So the absense of a suitable heat source, the snow coming in from under the door and the cold tile floor make for an incredibly frozen floor. I figured out that if I used one of the bath towels that felt as soft as sand paper under my feet and shuffled my ass into the bathroom, I could prevent my testicles from retracting into my throat. The bed featured a uneven worn out lumpy mattress and 25 count sheets. The metal bath tub was rusted in places and that was the clean part. The sink had 5 cracks in it. The room was a nightmare. When I turned on the lights I thought the floor was moving. I then realized it was just the hoard of cock roaches scattering across what was left over from the chalk outline of the last occupant. Outside once you get past the 3' untouched snow drifts you come upon the owners 5th wheel rv trailer. It was missing almost an entire exterior wall. A wonderful eye sore indeed. In the smelly dank office...or store...or storage unit or what ever they call it you are greeted by the most annoying little yapping dog that has ever infected the planet. Behind the counter was a life sized doll standing in the corner next to 2 dozen oxygen tanks...not sure what was up with that. They charge $59 to stay for one night or as was pointed out to me, 8 hours. We checked out hours before the road reopened because sitting in the truck sounded more appealing at that point. Now I am not saying this is the WORST motel ever but if Norman Bates were to be in town I suspect even he would say HELL NO, or ask mother to kill HIM. Needless to say I suggest you avoid this place like a dead beat dad avoids child support.

My RV was leaking Radiator fluid like rain and we were breaking down at I-80 & Ex. 68 or Little America, Wy. I got on the phone looking for RV repair and no one wanted to touch it. Plus Good Sam Platinum pack is not with the paper it's printed on. (another review and they won't like it) So I called Rocky Mt. Diesel Truck guys across the parking lot from Little America RV park, Wolfgang and crew came to my rescue. It was able to be fixed the next AM by ANDY, a really great mechanic and person. Andy was understanding about my rush to get back due to my Father-in-Law heading into hospice, why I am in a rush. He fixed the hose clamp and we are good to roll. They don't work on RV's, I was just lucky to find people with some compassion to get a horse photographer back on the road. Many thanks, Kim Cook www.ishoothorses.com

Again stay away from this shop.
