We had to spend it with no heat or light. Management did not try to accommodate their guests. But they had NO problem charging us for an additional night. We were finally able to leave at 9:00 because the freeway was finally open. The outside walkway was covered in ice and we almost fell getting to our car. There is NO staff on the premises for any issues.
