North Polk Family Medicine exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable; Dr. Layton's calm, reassuring personality immediately put me at ease. The staff was very friendly and professional, both on the phone and in-person. It's been years since I have sought medical care in a traditional medical clinic, as I usually just get care at the free clinic where I volunteer. It came back clean. No one bothered to apologize LaShell Goode took up 4 hours of my day FOR A REFILL I WAS OUT OG FOR 3 DAYS and. was ready to judge me and condemn me as s drug addict. I have never, EVER done drugs and Methodone USA drug that hospitals give to heroin addicts. She never apologized for all the trouble ot ASSIMING I was on drugs because I lost ONE POUND A WEEK FOR 5 MONTHS. This is gross negligence and not even having the common decency to apologize for her treatment to me is more than outrageous. The second test was clean and when I asked for a copy of the test results it actually said AGAIN I WAS POSITIVE FOR METHODONE. I watched the test results as they came in along with a nurse and LaShell. Not so much as a sorry for everything I deliberately put you through for the last 6 hours. Stay away from this clinic and to LaShell Good what kind of a horrible person are you to not even apologize causing this kind of grief? And was she really concerned about the weight loss and trying to determine what caused it? No she didn't. What kind of oath did she take? The one that says harm all you patients. cause then grief and make sure not to see what could be causing 1 pound a week to come off? Seriously? Not even a I'm sorry!

In my hometown of San Diego, I had seen 3 chiropractors, 2 massage therapists, and an acupuncturist who also did Chinese cupping. My pain had never gone away for more than 10 days, so upon my plane landing in Des Moines, I made an appointment with the clinic my mother and father have been going to for the last 3 decades or more, Rebarcak. I had no preference for which doctor I saw and I was given to Dr. Brady Rebarcak for treatment. I explained the treatment I had received in San Diego, CA. I was impressed with the results: within 2 hours after treatment, I was 95% better. Three days later I went back for a follow-up visit before my departure to San Diego.
