Cindy was our agent for a group trip to Alaska 7/25 , party of 3 couples. i went to airport could get thru TSA because she entered my birthday wrong. took 1 hour to fix that {10 mins} before flight took off. i corrected on my birthday once before. Got to destination 1 . couple was not registered for the shuttle to hotel. get to hotel same couple did not have reservations for hotel. so the couple had to pay for shuttle an hotel which was included in tour package. we could not reach her by phone. when couple got back she asked the couple what we paid for the services they were denied. she refused to reimburse them for the out of pocket expenses. she should know !!!! should of just reimburse them. very unprofessional. Cindy helped us plan a family trip to Greece. There were 8 of us and it was a trip of a life time! Every detail was thought out and the entire trip was seamless. We did Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. Cindy worked with us to plan our dream trip to Italy for our anniversary. She recommended tours and hotels, but let us choose what we wanted. We stayed in boutique hotels in Venice, Florence and Rome. Very accommodating. She also arranged our transportation to and from the airports and trains between cities. This was the worst experience ever. We have never had a travel company or travel agent (Cindy Mckeehan was our contact) treat us the way this company did. A family vacation for 16 people that cost us thousands, yes thousands, of dollars more because of the number of mistakes they made. And every time we called for help, they would say they don't have time. This review would be too long if I wrote out all the things did wrong so one example will do - they cancelled or somehow removed one of the reservations, a family of 5, hotel room and plane. They weren't able to fix it without it costing US thousands of dollars and hours of headaches trying to get them to get our reservation fixed. To make matters worse, they didn't even confirm that our children would be near us on the plane. We spent more hours and money getting them next to us on the way there but the airline said that the travel agent would have to fix it on the way back or else they would have to charge us (another $250.00). so we reached out to them for help and she just would not help us at all. My husband spent countless hours on vacation going back and forth with them but they didn't care and didn't fix it for us. we wound up 20 rows away from our children on the flight home! NEVER use them! We've had excellent experiences with other travel agencies, if anyone needs a recommendation let us know but save yourself the money and emotional exhaustion of using this place. read more
