I felt OK when I left but a few hours later my neck and back was so sore that I had to lay on a heating pad and take some Tylenol to relieve the pain. I hope this is not normal for deep tissue massage but my neck and back ended up getting so sore that I had trouble sleeping and is even still sore to the touch this morning. A waste of my time and money. I have read so many reviews with positive experiences and stories from friends saying how great massages feel but that was not my experience.
