Wow, miserable (take it or leave it attitude) staff, high prices, and slow service! How do they stay in business? Needless-to-say this will be my first and last visit. I'm going back to my regular cleaner where I feel welcomed, pay $1.25 per shirt, and only pay when the service is completed.

After the eighth place, I called to try to squeeze us in, someone referred us to Esquire, cleaners even though they sometimes don't run the machines on Saturdays, they said to give the owner a ring in the morning to see if there was anything they could do. I showed up at 8 AM as the business opened and was greeted with a very friendly owner. I described my situation and he was more than happy to assist, for a very reasonable price. He was kind and genuine and we were able to receive our garments within two hours. They were in perfect condition and for one press shirt and a dry cleaned bridesmaids dress, it was only $25. After sharing my feelings with my wife, she told me that as far as convenience, location, and quality were concerned, Elegance Cleaners was a good quality dry cleaner.
