I would have given a five star review, however I found the pricing was a bit higher. I have shopped 2 of their competitors and the pricing was lower for the same service. However the quality of service and convenience of pick up time and each of their locations was not quite what it should have been by the competitors. Ok I see most reviews here are older so I figured I'd update everyone on my recent experience. To add some background I visited this place solely because of the great reviews and their hours of operations. I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. UPDATE: Just drove up to the place because their phones aren't working and was told they would fix my garments for free.. that's good service. Had wine spilled on my white blazer twice & they were able to make it look brand new. I'm always nervous about bringing my nice clothes anywhere. I scoured the web for a reliable place, and Express Cleaners definitely is that place. Express Cleaners is located in that huge Publix shopping center off of State Bridge Road. There's room in front of the building for you to run in and drop off/pick up your clothes, but really, parking isn't that far away, so you could just park. Service is always very friendly. Regardless of whether or not they're busy with people, they greet you and ask what they can help you with. They do alterations as well as dry cleaning, and apparently, they're eco-friendly. Whatever that means. If you're a new customer, check out their website, as you can get coupons for being a new customer. They also have an app that you can download to get $5 off. Seriously, this place is legit. They get good business, and it's obvious why. I brought in a suit set, needing a dry cleaning and hemming of the pants. I dropped it off Saturday and it was ready for Wednesday. They ask you when you need it by, so I'm sure they could accommodate you and have it ready sooner, if needed. The cost of the hemming and dry cleaning was about $21. And they did a good job. No funky odors or stains and my pants fit. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. I have been a customer of this cleaners for about a year, and I've never had a complaint or anything negative to say. Customer service has always been wonderful. However as of the end of 2019 something must have changed in the quality. I received a few of my clothing pieces altered and destroyed. I normally never check my clothing with them until I arrive home due to their previous quality of work. I had a silk navy blue blouse that was totally destroyed, who ever worked on it decided to iron it rather than steam it, it now looks like a denim shirt ! I'm pretty tall woman and it was obvious that my sleeves on my blazer were altered to fit a smaller statue woman. I was totally disgusted and disappointed in the lack of honesty with my clothing. There was an obvious error in the service my items and lack of communication of that error was disappointing to say the least. What can I say.. this cleaners gets it! Fast, affordable, and most importantly they know how to clean without damaging my clothes or comforters! They even clean leather here and it's hard to find a dry cleaner who does that. All of the cleaning is done in house which explains why I keep coming back. When I walked in you can tell the pride they have in the store by the complimentary drinks and snacks they have for everyone. They had my clothes cleaned in under 24 hours and it all turned out perfect. I have had all this cleaned there without issue. They give you a yellow bag for your clothes so you can use their drop box service when they are closed. They do all the cleaning in house so the turnaround time is typically a day or so. They always offer help out to the car with your pick-up. I've been looking for a new dry cleaner for awhile and I can say that Express Cleaners gets 100 stars for service. They recently lost a cashmere Banana Republic sweater of mine and instead of having the situation become a very negative experience, the owner told me to go buy a new sweater and he would reimburse me for it. As most of you know, cashmere sweaters are not cheap items and I had my doubts that I would get reimbursed for the full amount, but the owner accommodated the price and wrote a check for me on the spot when I brought it in. I thought it would take some back and forth discussion but the owner and the super friendly guy at the counter knew the situation exactly when I walked in and it took 5 minutes to resolve.
