I had dental trauma as a teen when molars were pulled with poor numbing and difficulty with extraction (roots around bone ;( ) I will never forget that, and have feared another extraction or major dental work my entire life. At assessment, Dr. Vargo was thorough and reassuring. Still, I was a hot mess waiting for RC day to arrive (root canal day) I brought my blankie to the procedure, along with ear buds and acoustic guitar music. I was consciously sedated with 2 pills, and off to dreamland I went! It was 100% painless, I slept the entire procedure, and today, 24 hours after, I have less tenderness than after some cleanings! WOW Dr. Vargo! You surpassed my expectations! I will never, ever fear having major teeth procedures again - not if you're my endodontist! Thank you so much for the positive experience! You have changed me.

My…read moreInvisalign results look nothing like the projected image I was shown at the beginning of treatment for projected results. I wanted my teeth straightened after being self conscious about them my entire life. I had a gap with turned teeth and with the end results I still have a gap with turned teeth but I'm out over $5000 dollars and lost my chance for straight teeth. The front tooth gap partially closed at the top but within 2 days of wearing the poorly fitting retainer it opened back up . The retainer doesn't go over and around my back teeth it just lays on top of them. I was told by one orthodontist that they could work with me remotely to get the results I wanted but a different orthodontist had different plans. He said " plastic can only do so much" .. if that's the case why did you send me a letter saying I was a great candidate for Invisalign? They didn't put buttons on my front teeth at first so the aligners would just slide back off and would just tell me to increase the chewies usage. I chewed on those things constantly with no results. Once they put the buttons on my front teeth they finally would stay on. That took maybe 8 months before they did that. The aligners also caused gum recession which is very painful and was brushed off when I mentioned it. I was then told any follow up appointment I needed would be $45 . I was shocked by this considering I didn't get my teeth straightened ‍ I have also never been harassed before over a bill that I'm actually paying and if you call asking why she asks you if you want to make an extra payment nevermind that you have an agreed upon payment plan. I am still paying for this . It's absolutely ridiculous and I hope my review helps someone else to not make the same mistake of choosing Invisalign. My bite isn't even and doesn't touch on one side. I'm not a confrontational person so I tried to make the best of it but it was a very expensive mistake. There's much more I could add and I think I was pretty clear . No need to provide "clarity" again. Edited to add that they are adding to my balance still. More was added to my orthobanc balance when I have a contract stating a different amount. They are greedy and only concerned about money. Shows their number one priority ‍ My teeth look exactly the same. They only want your money. I will be filing complaints to the state dental board. Employees have also called me laughing.

Mainly it is used for credit purposes so they can hunt you down and report you to the credit bureau if you do not pay. I was paying ahead of time. No one and I mean NO ONE should EVER give their SSN to doctors or hospitals unless you want your personal information stolen. There have been major hacks of healthcare databases. https://www.healthcareitnews.com/projects/biggest-healthcare-data-breaches-2018-so-far You are not legally required to give them this information, and there was no good reason given for needing my SSN. The young and very cocky man behind the window gave the lamest reason that "We need to put something into the system" and that I wouldn't be seen unless I give them my SSN.. Hey moron, how about typing in 000-00-0000?? " This only showed me what their primary interest is in. Glad I didn't waste any money or anything regarding my health there. Just to let you know, I have NEVER had an issue from a doctor's office or hospital about refusing to give my number. Til now. A two hour wait is unacceptable regardless of the popularity of the eye doctor. You can be sure I will not be returning after obtaining my vision script. I doubt the wait is worth it. 4:45 and am now sitting in the exam chair and waiting. I plan to get this over and never come back.
