Contacted Maid Clean about deep cleaning and had a quick response! She was flexible and…read moreunderstanding of my needs. She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did. My home is over 2,000 sq ft and she has been grinding away all day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service! She's super affordable (in my opinion) and really kind. She responded quickly and we had a deal. From what I was told I think that there were some surprises lurking under the hood of the stove and other places. Charlotte worked very hard to make things better and she did a fantastic job. I'm just sorry that I didn't know the extent of the filth hiding before I hired her . I sent her my address & cell #; she said that she would call me, but never did. I reached out (via Yelp) on 7/7 to confirm our 2pm appt on 7/8 & she responded that she would be here. To my dismay, she was a no-call, no-show! I know that unforseen events do occur, but "communication" is key ESPECIALLY when you are running a business!!
