He was so impressed and has told other people to use him as well. I'm sure other places offer this, but you can get your refund directly deposited into your bank account. You can also send everything to his company electronically. It makes it so easy. Then of course, he will follow up and tell me everything I forgot to send in I don't know if he literally keeps notes on every client but he always seems to remember tidbits about my personal life. Although he is one of the nerdiest people I have ever met (Sorry! It is said with love!) He is the best CPA. He actually enjoys going to all of the conferences and learning about tax law. Consistently, like perfect clockwork...he sifts through my attempt at collecting what he needs and during my 1 hour visit, he gives me an idea of what I am getting as a refund or owe. He never filed my taxes and that was after he demanded I pay him which I did. Then he returned the unfinished portion back to me and said he will not finish them and to find someone else. He never returned the money I gave him either.
