Her client came to her for a change in his trust. After his large retainer was deposited, she did that eventually. But she insisted on being named the Trustee or Executor. Her client is far too trusting of certain people. She took advantage of him. When he asked for a referral for his divorce, she decided to take that on too. She said she's had experience in family law. (I groaned upon hearing that). That's when the problems started. This was an international divorce. It took 18 days for her to file the paperwork at the court once her client signed the documents. That was the last time her firm filed with the court (Jan. 2024) . She received the proof service sometime in April- June 2024 AND NEVER FILED IT! We began calling her and we only spoke to her employees. I have called so many times. Her client has repeatedly demanded information and updates. I told him to hire someone else. She OWES Him thousands back for what little work she did. She has never sent a bill or anything and just took his money for the divorce AND failed. Excuses were given to us. Then when her client hired a new attorney, he and his new client (my family member) demanded all of the paperwork and for her to formally recuse herself from the case. AND SHE NEVER DID. She did nothing. We asked for the paperwork to be sent to her former client and for the retainer back. Then they screwed him and HE had to go into their office only to have KB's husband hand him the paperwork. This is when we saw that SHE HAD THE PROOF OF SERVICE FOR OVER SIX MONTHS. That is the most important document needed to proceed with the divorce. He had to drive there in the winter, thank you very much, KB for NOTHING. She is the most unprofessional attorney in the state of Oklahoma. DO NOT HIRE HER. Now that her former client is FINALLY DIVORCED (18 months after the initial filing- July 2025 - lost a year thanks to her!). Thanks to his new attorney, he filed a formal complaint with the bar association. She clearly doesn't care about her clients, and won't face them herself when SHE FAILED SO MISERABLY. DO NOT HIRE HER!

I called the court house and they have no documentation of them. She took my money and didn't do a single thing. She also stated in a court document that she refunded all of us our money after I and several other people had to file complaints against her. I haven't received a dime from them and can't get them to call me back. Do yourself a favor and find someone else! I trusted her with the only money I had left and she took it all and did who knows what with it! I'm getting screwed by my family and then my attorney! What a damn joke.

She held my case for approximately 21 months, during which time she repeatedly reassured me that she was committed to pursuing it and would not allow the statute of limitations deadline to become an issue. Based on those assurances, I trusted her to move the case forward appropriately and in a timely manner. However, despite nearly two years of representation, she ultimately chose to drop my case with only about two months remaining before the statute of limitations expired. This left me in an extremely difficult position, with very limited time to secure new representation and protect my legal rights. The most concerning part of this experience was not just the decision to withdraw, but the prolonged period of inaction combined with consistent reassurances that everything was under control. This created a false sense of security and ultimately put my case at serious risk. I understand that attorneys may decide to withdraw from cases for various reasons, but doing so after such a long period-especially so close to a critical legal deadline-demonstrates a lack of professional responsibility and consideration for the client's situation. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their options and maintain close oversight of their case timeline if choosing to work with this firm.

I don't take kindly to writing a review for a firm I have thought so highly of. My husband and I…read morehired this law firm to represent he and I in several matters. They filed numerous lawsuits, however some of the lawsuits they filed were just thrown together. Spencer Bryan assured me they would be amended prior to the lawsuits being served. Spencer told my husband that they should have done it already but have been taking advantage of the extra time the law allows. The lawsuits were never amended or even served. I was served with a bogus subpoena by an opposing party and I sent Steven an e-mail asking him if there was anything I needed to do or worry about. He replied and said not to worry at all about it. Steven filed a "Motion to Quash the Subpoena" but he did not file it correctly. After I've paid them thousands of dollars, he admits to me today that he filed this wrong and made a mistake. Due to his mistake, it has caused me several months of non stop worry. Steven should have said he would take the correct actions and remedy the problem. Nope. He just wanted to be done with us. Steven and Spencer didn't fight for me. They didn't protect my interest. Even in court, they didn't look out for me. I was told they represented me, then they told the Judge "No we don't represent him". After I e-mailed both Steven and Spencer asking them about this e-mail where they sent both myself who is not a party to the lawsuit and my husband who is the party to the lawsuit this e-mail, they asked to meet with us. They told both of us that they had to get out IE they were dropping us. They offered to give us a refund of X amount. While it sounds like a great offer, they have taken our money and have not represented both of us to their best of their ability. We have lost years of our time because they were too busy to do their jobs correctly. What about our time lost for your failing to properly file? They admitted to both of us that they were stretched too thin. Unfortunately, because they are stretched so thin, they have now caused both myself, and my husband irreparable harm. My husbands lawsuit will now be dismissed because no other firm will take it due to "Conflicts of interest". The lawsuit is against a billion dollar University. Bryan and Terrill could not take on a lawsuit successfully against them. It's a good case too. They just don't care. Steven told both of us to just throw him under the bus for his mistake. We didn't want to do this. We wanted them to fix their mistakes and do what we paid them to do. When we originally hired both Steven and Spencer, they were so nice. They appeared to work diligently on everything for us, but I believe they are chasing larger cases and we just became less and less important. They certainly paid attention to us when they wanted our money. We put our trust in them. I should have known that something was wrong when they had 2 years to file a simple open records lawsuit against Tulsa Community College and they put so little effort into making sure a correct lawsuit was filed. They took our money, assured us this stuff was being done etc. They lied to us. They deceived us. Its the worst feeling in the world. What makes matters worse is that Spencer was just ordered by the Oklahoma Federal Court to pay $12,000 to opposing counsel for releasing confidential information on another lawsuit where they represented the plaintiff in that lawsuit.

We have to keep calling and calling and then we are told "the case is pending" by the office staff. This is extremely aggravating.....just let me have a minute with the attorney, please !! There is a constant turnover of office staff. There are piles of papers, boxes and files all around making the office look very disorganized. I would suggest a firm who is more aggressive and organized.
