I called to get an appointment and they tell me because I haven't been seen in three years that I'm considered a new patient and they cannot see me for three months And I explained to her that I was having issues and that I had always been a patient of theirs for years and years and she said, but you're considered a new patient and we don't see acute problems with new patients. I suggest you call around and find somewhere else so rude.

She barely answers your questions and gives the minimum amount of information. She doesn't care if you're having some kind of reaction or emergency she tells you to go to the emergency room. Her staff are rude and either they are new and they don't know what they're doing, because she can't keep anyone on, or they're busy and they can't answer the phone. But as soon as you walk in the door of the office and the phone rings, they pick it right up. I was forced to go to this doctor because my doctor retired and transferred her patients to Dr Thompson, but I only went twice and was appalled. I found a much better doctor. If you can help it stay as far away as you can from Dr. Carolyn Thompson and her office.
