Initially we thought we would paint existing 1980's cabinets and try to match them with something similar to add more. They showed us what they could offer, and were entirely low pressure and patient. David came out to measure and created a design. We worked together to modify it and decided to buy new cabinets we were so thrilled with the design. There was a modification needed and they custom built a wine cabinet. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived as scheduled. The installers said two weeks to demo, take out a wall, drywall and install the cabinets. They completed right on schedule. They also noted a slight flaw in one of the cabinets and replaced it. He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't "step on the toes of his good client." For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. We have many more projects and hope to have a good relationship with Prescott and get our home updated. Thank you again Seth for your additional insight. Don't want to spend all day cutting cabinet boxes in your shop? Order your perfectly cut by a CNC cabinet boxes that are conveniently labeled for ease of assembly. Need radius cuts that you don't want to cut by hand? Just give big Dave the dimensions and pick it up in 18 minutes. This might sound like a commercial and for the sake of full disclosure I will admit Dave has given me 2 T-shirts in the last 9 years.. But I am writing this review mostly because he has a great shop and can help you knock out your carpentry jobs fast.

One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.
