I also had my cellphone in my hand as it was too cold outside to wait and I knew they would call if they were waiting. 1 passes by, as does 130. I begin to call with no answer for 40 minutes! Finally after 2 in the morning someone answers (with major attitude) and informs me the cab came in 15 mins and left. Even though he told me it would be half an hour at least. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know, as we were coats on ready to go. He said they were too busy to bother. By this point everyone had left the party we were at and we are alone waiting outside in the cold. Had to call another company and didn't get home until almost 3 am. When I called today to speak to the owner Rick, I explained my issue, and then he sits silent on the phone. I asked him if this is how he conducts his business and he replied yes with a chuckle and proceeds to hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting service and I will never be using or suggesting them again. Believing we had no other options, we got into the cab and he drove us home while I held my kid. I emailed the company from the car and explained the issue. After 2 days I had no response. I called the company and spoke to an individual who was incredibly rude: he made no effort to understand the situation and would not give me the supervisor's information. He also appeared to suggest I was an unfit parent for getting in the cab and hung up on me. I emailed again and the supervisor called me. Though kind, he made an excuse for the employee's behavior, said he didnt have kids and doesnt like to offer childs' seats anyway. He also said he was unable to refund my money. He offered a discount for the next ride but I told him we did not want to use this company again. He also suggested this was on us for getting into the car and said no other company would offer us this good of a discount for poor service.

While I can't speak for the whole company itself, my experience was not great. I called through…read morethe App for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to change a booking on the app and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes, however it took way longer than that (around 45 mins), so I decided to cancel the booking through the app. I couldn't see where the driver was either through the tracker on my phone. So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! I paid out of frustration as their policies do not indicate a $25 charge anywhere ($10, if anything) or that you cannot cancel through the app if you called. https://seveneleventaxi.ca/terms-of-service/ I spoke with customer service and their only reply was that they needed to update their policies. Overall, great new cars, on time, ok cost, and good drive... so why the 3 stars only? The driver behaviour is what made is just a bit 'blah'. I called into their toll free line and they were quick to respond and take all my information to get the airport limo booked in 5 days advance. I liked how the driver came in early and waited nicely on my driveway till I was ready to leave. The car was spotless and new. I appreciate how the driver was clearly not new to driving in Canada and went at a good pace on the 401. In addition to that, it was clear that he was a very safe driver and anticipated the other driver behaviours. He was able to make polite conversation throughout the route without being too personal. That was a nice touch. When it came to paying the driver, the amount given was no issue but as I swiped my credit card, it came up with a choice of 3 tips ... 16%, 18% or 20% tips. This tip amount was definitely high and out of my company's policy so I gave him what my company allows (12% max). When I handed him back the credit card terminal, he made a face that was clearly unhappy and a dirty look. He didn't even bother to say good bye as he dropped my bag in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk by the terminal. It was a stark contrast to the behaviour during the drive. I get that he wanted more than 12% tip... but his final behaviours definitely didn't earn it or repeat business from me. I'm going back to my other airport limo service.

Arrives early, has your name posted on the I Pad's built into the back of the headrests which gives me the "I'm important feeling. Paul greeted my wife with an umbrella as it was raining on our night out and walked her to the car, opened her door for her and made sure she was settled comfortably before returning to assist me to the vehicle. Paul was suited up complete with a chauffeur hat. Once inside the car, Voss water is waiting for you but you can request other beverages. I'm a social guy so I chatted up Paul and he is a great person to speak to if you don't want to just sit quietly. Very polite and easy to speak to. Also a very important part of this review is to say that Paul is a great driver and I felt safe every moment of the drive. You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! I would recommend Proper Livery to anybody looking for a ride service. I will be using him again for sure!!! Thanks Paul!
