He is friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable hiring his company to do our floors. Unfortunately, the installers left such a mess! After installing the carpeting, they left all the clippings on the floor, and failed to vacuum it before re-placing the furniture. So we had to remove the furniture, thoroughly vacuum, and place the furniture back in two bedrooms. And the dust!! I have never had so much dust from other installers when replacing carpeting. I had to literally wipe down ALL the walls, fixtures, furniture, cabinets, etc. and do a complete deep clean of the entire condo, upstairs and down. All the bedding had been rolled up and dumped on the furniture, and needed to be thoroughly washed before using. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them to anyone. It's a shame too, because their work was good, and they had good online reviews. If you choose to use them, just know that you will be faced with a mess when they're finished.

He measured every room and used software to fix a price (I realize now that was for his benefit, not mine). He did such an unprofessional job! Used no painters tape (because" if you are pro you don't need to)" so there are no sharp lines between the ceiling and wall or the trim and the wall, or the wall and floor. There are many places where the white shows through the gray. He didn't label the doors he took down to put them back in the right door so one won't stay closed. He didn't prime the doors before painting them and once bumped the paint comes off in a thick strip. I could go on and on. The little money I might have saved is overshadowed by my daily regret.
