Further, Ken took absolutely no responsibility for my concern. None. "There is nothing I can do". He claimed it's not his website picture. He was defensive, giving me reason after reason for why my assessment of the material difference between what my mom got and what his website shows was incorrect. He had no problem taking my $80, however. He said he's aware of the problem, that others have complained, but admits he sells 2 or 3 'Make A Wish' arrangements a week. And he doesn't do a thing about it! Unbelievable.

Well then why wouldn't the online ordering system reject the postal code?This is not rocket science.So then we try to figure out a plan to get the bouquets picked up and delivered by a friend.Done. All good right?Not even close.I call in and we go through the "we have no way to deliver there" (Mars clearly!). I suggest a map with a circle on the website or don't accept the postal code..."We leave that up to Teleflora"...so how about we pick them up..."Not a lot of Christmas red in your choices".Not even available. Not local. Now other delivery windows at other florists have closed until next week. Thanks to Ken at Maries Flowers in Antigonish - can you hear me through all that money Ken?! Thankfully I was wrong. Elizabeth called me at 10am to let me know the flowers were ready to be picked up. The customer service was great but the flowers were even better. I chose the "Hot Pink Valentine" arrangement from the website and upgraded to deluxe and all I can say is WOW. Elizabeth's work far surpassed all my expectations. Truly the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! My mom cried when she saw them and said she's never received such a beautiful bouquet. It looked much more expensive than they were! The message I had requested was beautifully handwritten which is so much nicer than the computer generated messages I've received in the past. Thank you Elizabeth for the BEAUTIFUL arrangement. All other baskets and containers in the same location at my home were purchased at Lowlands in Great Village and are still lovely. Searles does not stand behind their products nor are they savvy enough to offer good customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE PLANTS FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
