The shuttle hardly ever comes. You have to schedule it prior and be there 10 mins early and it just…read moredoesn't show up. 3 times in a row this trip I have tried using the shuttle and ended up having to uber. I'm not sure what the point is having a free shuttle to the Disney Parks if none of the shuttles are actually going to show at the scheduled time. Extremely frustrating experience especially when you have lightening lane reservations.
