It is 20 minutes from our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. It is just 30-40 minutes from Disney, Universal and all the theme parks. It has easy access to shopping centers, movie theaters, workout facilities, including the Y and fine dining in several nearby towns like Winter Springs and Winter Park! The cottage itself includes central air, a kitchenette, a big screen TV, a walk-in shower, and a king sized bed. Very well priced. It is located on a five acre gated property which in turn is inside a 5 home gated community. Best of all are the wonderful hosts,- Tink and Ed Bayton - extraordinarily accommodating, extremely personable and very professional. This lovely cottage should be everyone's go to accommodation for everything from a weekend get away to the six week stay we are enjoying.

We decided on a vacation home instead of a hotel because we wanted to have the extra room and the home away from home feeling. We were happy we did. The house was very close to the attractions and upon arrival we were gladly surprised at how comfortable the accommodations were. The house was very well kept and clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the toilets even had a seat band to show it was sanitized. The towels were folded in a decorative way making it look very nice and elegant, definitely a nice touch. The bedrooms were all of a good size and the kids bedrooms were nicely decorated with Disney characters which the kids appreciated. A good amount of attention to detail was put into the house to make it appealing and to make the guests feel more comfortable. The kids loved playing in the pool when we got to the house after visiting the attractions. There was also a charcoal BBQ grill that we used a couple of times (a plus for me since I love grilling). We had a great vacation overall and we loved staying at this house. We would definitely recommend Pleasant Stays homes and would use them again to find our next vacation rental.
