When I asked if I could have a jury trial, the judge said "I won't be your judge at trial, but I think it possible another judge would increase your alimony by $300 weekly and keep all other terms." Linda said nothing, except to tell me to take the offer. So, I spent $32,000, lost everything obtained during my marriage, and got to see my kids every other weekend.
