Slow slow slow…read more... Used them for my house purchase. I felt they were very slow in the proceedings and rarely returned my calls. The service wasn't particularly friendly. Have purchased three houses, so I know how long the procedures normally take, and these definitely took longer than other solicitors I have used. Fees were reasonable, hence why I used them, however I feel sometimes you get what you pay for. Budget price, budget service. For everything they saved me in fees they cost me in interest on other items as I was waiting for a substantial sum from the sale of the property.
