I only rated one star because I had to. I have not had my checking account but for like 2 months…read more When I made my account, I was asked if I wanted statements mailed to my house (which cost money). I said NO. They still put me down for statements, so I went up to the bank again and told her I DID NOT want statements mailed to my house. I just got another statement in the mail. I'm pissed. Do not bank with them. All they are doing is stealing your money. This is the one in richland located by Walmart that keeps doing this to me. And now, because they took money out for my statement, it overdrafted my account and I now owe them $36. This place is a complete ripoff. I do not suggest banking with this place EVER! They don't care about their customers, they only care about stealing your money. I will be going up to them tomorrow and cancelling my account and choosing another bank. #bancorpsouthsucks
