They will 100% slow walk it knowing the longer they drag it out, the more money they get. Prime example, you have 60 days to file an appeal. They will wait 7 of the 8 weeks before they file it. Nothing more than a stall plan. They will give you every excuse in the book when you catch them and call them out on it. They absolutely don't like to get caught in what they are doing. Gonna do some research, potentially could be a class action here. And don't ask for a supervisor, that's another story on it's own. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT "for the people."

I felt pressured to take a settlement that I thought was far below what I was due, so I terminated my agreement. But shortly thereafter I received a letter from them informing that they had placed a lien with the insurance company on any settlement I might make.
