However, it is also a beach hotel, not quite beach side, but close enough to the beach that if you walk a short distance you will be there. I did quite like the place though, it was charming, and there were some nice tables out the front. They also had a pretty decent selection of craft beers, and South Australian ones that that, so yeah, I liked it.

Went with some friends last night to see what this charming small country pub would be like as I…read moreregular just drive past it. The staff are friendly and the food fresh and tasty. A friend and myself had the 'surf and turf' with the steak cooked to perfection and the seafood sauce included prawns, octopus and squid in a lovely garlic cream sauce. My friend stated that it was the best seafood sauce he had tasted in a long time. The menu is basic but with some lovely country items like crumbed Camembert with cranberry sauce as an entrée. The wine selection was good with local wines included. With the prices being what you would expect to pay (The Entertainment Book provided a discount voucher). They offer a breakfast menu so that is next on my list to enjoy the morning country view while eating alfresco.
