Lo contrate por recomendación de mi vecina, ella dijo que era su amigo y que era "bueno y barato" lo cual es cierto, los precios que el maneja son mucho más bajos que los de otro abogados, mi proceso de inmigración era fácil, era solo cambio de estatus por matrimonio, así que lo contratamos y pagamos los servicios (anexo pruebas) el 14 de octubre 2022, después de 2 meses que no me llegaba ninguna notificación por parte de inmigración me preocupe y empecé a llamar a su oficina y nunca me contesto el, las secretaría decía que estaba ocupado, en enero 2023 mas de tres meses después finalmente Marroquín me contesto el teléfono, para ese tiempo yo ya había llamado directamente a uscis y estaba al tanto que el solo tomo mi dinero y no envío mis papeles. En esa conversación el no pudo justificar ni darme una fecha de cuando había hecho el proceso porque claramente NO LO HABÍA ENVIADO, después de eso jamás me volvió a contestar el teléfono ni a mi ni a mi esposo llamábamos todos los días durante día semanas, entonces le dejé un mensaje claro y preciso con su secretaría que lo iba a reportar ante el GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE de NY Y TAMBIEN LE MANDE UN EMAIL donde le decía que me regrese mi dinero porque no confiaba mas en el (anexo pruebas) fue entonces que el se ASUSTO y envío mis documentos a uscis pero USCIS había actualizado los formularios i-765 en diciembre 2022 y lo que el envío fue rechazado, soy inteligente y me comunique directamente con USCIS y también ya tenía asesoramiento de un buen abogado, los oficiales de inmigración me ayudaron mucho y me explicaron cómo corregir y cómo llevar mi proceso ya que como dije era un proceso limpio y fácil, desafortunadamente pese a que le dije que me devolviera mi dinero y me l envío la petición formulario I-485 pero el muy imbecil puso la petición con mi apellido de soltera lo cual fue erróneo, recibí mi residencia hace un mes ya que después de corregir los errores que esta basura de Persina mando fue un proceso limpio y rápido sin entrevista, pero el apellido que el puso en el formato no es el Que necesito usar así que tengo que enviar a uscis el formulario I-90 para corrección de nombre y eso cuesta $500 y toma meses en ser procesado y eso me genera problemas y retrasos en mis planes, Erick Marroquín es absolutamente una basura de abogado y ser humano ya que al darse cuenta que yo estaba al tanto de q no mando mis papeles jamás contesto el teléfono, no soy la primera persona que padece esta situación con el, afortunadamente mi esposo trabaja y yo somos inteligentes y arreglamos todos los errores.

They scramble to find your documents(the secretary), they forget to call you back or forget that they called you and constantly displace when they should accept responsibility. They do not open on time. They are supposed to be open at 10am, but lateness is a thing here. This is slackness. People are waiting for their legal matters. The front desk lady yells at you and has a nasty attitude and thinks everyone's situation is like hers. Don't give legal advice unless you're qualified lady! The Hempstead location isn't the route to take. Try the other locations.
