From the very first call, everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and understanding. They walked me through every step of the cremation process for my father, answering all my questions clearly and with compassion. They also made the arrangements smooth even though I was coordinating everything from California for services in St. Louis. I felt confident and cared for the entire time, which meant so much to me during such a difficult moment. I truly appreciate the respect and professionalism they showed to my family and to my father's memory. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who wants to work with people who treat your loved one with dignity and care.

John picked up my sister's body on 8/20/2019 to cremate. He sent the death certificate to the wrong doctor to sign. It took 3 different people telling him 6 times before he sent it to the correct doctor on 9/11. The coroner had sent him a cremation authorization on 8/27 but John did not appear to understand that it was sufficient to cremate her. He finally cremated her on 9/6 or 9/9. Her funeral was 9/7, which John knew from our first conversation on 8/19. I talked to John on 9/10 and he said he was mailing her cremains to me. On 9/16, I called John and told him that I had not received my sister's cremains and he told me that I should receive them by Wednesday. He stated that he was putting the death certificates in the mail the next day, Tuesday. On Thursday afternoon at 5:10PM, I called John because the cremains had not been in the mail as he had promised. I left a message requesting a return call and to know the exact date that he had placed the cremains in the mail. I informed him that I was becoming very frustrated with his process. Today at 11:00AM, I FINALLY received my sister's cremains. The mailing label showed they had been shipped at 7:15PM on 9/19. When I opened the box, I also found the death certificates, which showed, "Date Received 09/19/2019." He lied to me numerous times during the month that I dealt with him and honestly, I don't understand why. He made a stressful situation so much more stressful than it had to be!

We had a situation where we wanted to have things accomplished as quickly as possible. They met every one of our needs and did it without one complaint or a display that they might not be able to get such things accomplished. Every worker was understanding and kind, they were not invasive and let us plan the funeral we wanted to have planned. It was as good of an experience as one could ask for in such a situation. They not only came to and ran the burial for us, the director showed up to the Memorial Mass we held at a later time. This was not part of his job, but he felt as though he should be there anyway. I think this shows quite a bit of class on the part of these guys. If you are facing a funeral, I would certainly suggest checking these guys out.

Many other, corporately owned funeral homes sell funerals and sell them with packages and gimmicks. No one will help me with this part of life except Renner.

In 1763 the tribes struck simultaneously at 14 British posts. Greeted all guests. And when Linda's celebration of life was concluded, we were guided to a visitor room. I was asked to speak. And I talked about our lunches, and I had to hold it together. However, my mother helped coordinate a lot of the food for the refreshments after the visitation which warrants this review. This Funeral home is located right by Lambert International. It's in a run down part of town. The building itself isn't that big, the size of a small church. It is located off a busy street (Natural Bridge). The interior is pretty basic but elegant. There is a small sized chapel, where services can be conducted. It has a homey feel and is ideal for direct family, close friends etc. there is a visitation area where the casket lays and plenty of room to move across the room and talk to loved ones. There is also an atrium with tables for refreshments and what not. The rules were a little strict on coolers and people had to go to the small nook area and grab a water from the fridge which was a little inconvenient. The service from the employees came off as very professional. You can tell they care about what they do and what the families want. They were very gracious and flexible with everything. Overall this is a good small and inexpensive place to have a funeral at. It's always sad talking about these things, but I do recommend it. Thanks for reading...

(It was done out of spite) I kindly requested they correct this error, but refused since they said it had to be changed by the person who wrote it. But they posted this incorrect information on THEIR website, something that they have complete control of. Disrespectful.
