We had window units in to keep her cool. Now fast forward six months multiple phone calls and her heat pump is still not fixed. He keeps making service appointments and then canceling them for various reasons. The winter is coming and it is going to get cold. I called him today and he was extremely rude with me condescending. Then told me that it still wasn't going to get done for at least two more weeks. Because he has issues he's working on. If he can't do it I understand but he should be upfront with us to begin with or he just needs to quit. My mom spent thousands of dollars on the system. He's the one who installed it. If he can't stand by his work then surely he can stand by his word...

Then I was asked about where my air filter was. I pointed to the end of the hallway. The first gentlemen went down the hallway and the second one motioned for me to follow. After being asked if I was home alone, I was not about to let myself get boxed in between two strangers in my house. I was able to retrieve my handgun and kept it with me during the rest of the time they were there. It was a very disturbing experience for me. I reported this incident to this business, who asked if i would be willing to discuss what happened with a manager. I said that i would. It's been longer than 24 hours since that offer was made and I have not heard from anyone regarding what happened. This company was recommended by a co-worker, and I was looking forward to doing business, but the entire situation completely put me off.

Our local family owned Turner HVAC was bought by this company. Repairman forgot to reinstall the furnace shroud, improperly cleaned the coils, and seemed to lack experience troubleshooting coolant levels. Time to find a new business relationship that cares about trust, and customer satisfaction.

I have had this problem from this company in the past. They are unreliable and lazy. Call a different heat and air company if you want service. SO much for the professional recording when you call them, its a joke when the real person answers the phone and says hello in a crappy voice, as if you are bothering them from there daily nap time in the office.

I woke up this morning and I called Milburn when they opened at 8:30 and they sent two workers out within the hour. They were very fast they were friendly and helpful. The compressor went out in my unit And they said easy fix and within 10 minutes it was done and it was $150 that I was fine with pan because deafly got have air-conditioning in the house during the summer. So I do recommend this place and if I have anymore problems with my heating or air I will contact Milburn

I have had a two year battle with health issues and high bills due to a failing air/heat system. I…read morehad warranty through a nationally known warranty company and was getting nowhere. They sent another company, I will be reviewing next, out and their standard answer was the coils feel cool. The other company always managed to come when it was a cooler day that I could open my windows. Kyle, the younger tech came out and yes it was a milder day and my coils were cool, he was disturbed by a noise it made. Then Mark came the next day when it was 100 degrees in the shade and the coils were not even lukewarm. It took some arguing back and forth with the warranty company but I got a new system put in this past October. This winter, I enjoyed the lowest electric bills ever. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS THEY -LISTENED- TO THE CUSTOMER... what a concept! I am not going into summer with fear of high bills... I can't thank Kyle, Mark, Wendy and the rest of their kind staff for doing the right thing. I will have bills like I did when I first moved in next year. I can't thank you guys enough.
