We can't thank him enough for clearing away the construction debris and other items that were in my garage for over 10 years. Waited until 12:50 PM and checked through the Yelp conversation. They didn't seem to understand what's going on and was going to "call their team". They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?
