The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.

The original construction of this house was not up to the current acceptable standards , and therefore would not be up to code. Dale took photos, and did a live video walkthrough of the attic area so my husband and I could see the problems , and what was needed to repair this structure. This job which was a large construction project was done professionally, and in a timely manner, as we were needing this completed before the northeast weather. Hi Allie, Trey told me that he sent me a link to pick out the color for our shingles. But I never got it. I am starting to think that asking you guy to fix our roof was a mistake. Over 2 weeks ago I asked you, at least twice, to schedule us to have our roof fixed. And it never happened. You guys added a skylight to our job even though we never requested it. And there were a few times our email/phone messages were not replied to. You gave me your address on state street to mail the check, but I misplaced it and called asking you for that address again, but you never replied. I also asked a few times if you guys take credit cards. No one ever did answer that question. There are red flags popping up. And my insurance company wants me to take pictures of the roof to see how progress is going. I think that if you guys don't start this project by early next week then we are going to have to have highland contractors do it instead. -Doug
