The third time, only one person could do it, but he was working on another car, and the staff couldn't even provide an estimated wait time -- whether it would be 10 minutes or over an hour. Each visit also involved waiting more than 20 minutes just to speak with someone because the staff was tied up with other projects. I understand being short-staffed, but after three unsuccessful trips, it's becoming very frustrating.

They guy that showed up for me didn't have the equipment to change the lock, he said a "specialist" would need to come the next day. In the meantime, he had removed the deadbolt and didn't replace it before leaving. I was charged a total of $700 for a new doorknob and deadbolt, which is way too much. I would not recommend this company.
