All they did was tell me that they wanted to give her surgery to remove it, after I had gotten to the office and was crying my eyes out. Then no one told the front desk lady that I needed to schedule surgery so I had to explain it to her between bouts of crying in front of everyone in the waiting room. I was given surgery papers with conflicting amounts for the procedure. I scheduled it for a month away but in the meantime I had to teach myself how to clean and bandage her with videos on Youtube. It got better so I cancelled surgery and I'm never going back.

During the COVID crisis, they are still open and taking in animals, but are limiting people to their vehicles and calling in. So they are maximizing safety of their customers and associates, while still being a resource to our community. Our most challenging, and not routine, visit was when our larger pup was having severe rear leg pain. His back left leg could not be touched, and a dog that almost never cries out in discomfort was screaming in pain. This isn't an issue with most dogs, as one can easily pick them up and move them. Tonk, a 172 pound Caucasian Ovcharka with a 700+ pound bite force, is not so easy to do this with. When we called, they made sure to squeeze us in for a visit (emergency reaction without an emergency cost!), and after evaluating at the car, they brought out a gurney, and were especially careful in helping to move him over.
