Unfortunately, he was not the lawyer I thought would be representing me. I was handed if to Jeffrey Muszinki. I had never met him in person like other lawyers I have hired do. I met him when I went to a negotiating meeting which failed. Drive 71 miles one way. When my trial started he picked jurors I disagreed with to have 3 of them. Got rid of the ones I would have kept. The first thing of the bat he said he did not like the judge & requested a motion to get another judge. (Made enemies with her) It was denied. So right of the bat she had it in for my case. She seemed to allow a lot of things that seemed reasonable. I think because of the rejection. Then the 2nd day of my trial he blamed me & said that I came across as defensive. So then that day he blamed me. 1st the judge, then day 2 it was me. He reduced me to tears & made me cry hard. He seemed way to friendly with the other lawyer also. Day 3 was the last day the closing argument was regarding liability which the other party defendant already admitted liability. He came up with the scenario of comparing a broken windshield to who was @ fault. It came across as lame & not strong. I was very disappointed with my lawyer. My lawyer was very disappointing. The case was lost. I was awarded $1,200. From the court. He never told me that I would have to surrender that money until after I had signed papers not to do a retrial. I have over $4,381.00 in bills which I am still having to pay for. My husband is retired on a a fixed income. I don't have an income. I am stuck with medical bills. Hiring this lawyer did no good. I got stuck with costs, medical bills & lots of mileage & gas. I highly don't recommend Jeffrey Muszinki. I got zero money in my lawsuit. He also had another case he was working on. It seemed to prioritize over my smaller case. I don't think the time & effort was put into my case. I felt like I was thrown under the bus & ran over. I am still having pain daily & cannot afford to be treated with all my medical bills ongoing. I got stuck holding the bag.
