I've been a customer since 2002…read more Dr Paul Stratis performed my work in 2002 and I can confirm his work is excellent and stood the test of time. I had two crowns put in and they both were of superior craftsmanship, and I've enjoyed trouble free teeth since then. I made one big mistake in roughly 2007 but switching to a dentist closer to my new work location at that time. Live went on. Come 2019 I had a tooth that presented some issues and suddenly needed a rush root canal. I had issues locating a provider and decide to call up my old dentist and ended up being placed with Dr Nick Stratis, Paul's son. I can safely say the talent runs in the family. Nick was expert in his needle work, he performed the root canal quickly and expertly (on a rear molar the work is much more detailed). I had a temporary filling and a prescription for antibiotics in case the infection spread. Things recovered quickly. I went back for more detailed work and my new crown. Like before the finishing work was quick, clean, and expertly performed. I love my new crown. Absolutely no tooth or jaw alignment issues. Lastly, I should mention no great dental office is complete without great tooth cleaning experts. All of the staff who clean my teeth have done excellent work, and leave me walking away with super clean teeth and gums. It shows every time I smile. I feel obligated to maintain a great dental health routine just to not disappoint the staff on my next visit. And finally staff who run the front counter and manage appointments have been professional, organized, and super accommodating, when I've had to make schedule adjustments. I'll be going to this office for my dental work even if I move out of province. I'll find a way.

She was absolutely phenomenal! I returned because of her. She then went on maternity leave and Ashley took over the appointments. I was surprised, she was also amazing! Both of them have a great personality and did a great job. There's TV's on the ceiling, the place seems very clean. Dr. Peter helped me out with my remaining appointments and although I was nervous, he did a great job. I highly recommend this place. My husband insisted that I needed to go and found a local clinic, Brock North. "Don't worry," he said,"I'll be there holding your hand the whole time." Dr. Fernandez was very supportive and understanding of my panic (the result of a lifetime of truly horrible dental experiences). He told me that I needed a root canal, and I screamed (according to my husband), "Just pull it out!!." He insisted on saving the tooth. The root canal, 16 years later, is still brilliant. And 16 years later, I am still a patient. They didn't have any problem with my husband joining me for my appointments during the first four years, and my husband, son and daughter also became clients of Brock North Dental. All I can say is Thank You, Brock North Dental and Dr. Fernandez. For anyone with any fear of dentists, I urge you to give Brock North Dental a try. It's not scary, I promise! After reading many good reviews (not on yelp), I went to check him out, and he was exactly how I read him to be. He is very sincere, and actually cares about your health as well as teeth. The best thing about him is that he doesn't try to force you to do any more procedures than you have to. Many dentists almost automatically start procedures even without your consent, then charge you like crazy out the door. Dr. Treger actually doesn't seem to want to try to scheme all of your money, and will actually suggest not touching something that isn't broken. I have a back molar that is crooked, and even though I have no issues at all, most dentists will immediately suggest that I get another orthodontic treatment, even though I already went through braces years ago. So after seeing Dr. Treger, I said "I know, I probably need to get braces again right?" and to my surprise he actually said "Why? Does it bother you?" I said no, and then he said "then why touch what's not broken". I LOVE THIS GUY! It's also a plus that he doesn't use toxic materials like mercury, and will safely remove them following all the safety procedures in removing amalgams by the IAOMT.
