American traveling in France gets locked out of her iPhone. Damien at MCS Cannes to the rescue!! He was calm, reassuring and seemingly not phased by this American who was confused, anxious and forgetful (which password is it?) A couple of roadblocks because of the forgetfulness of this American did not deter or frustrate Damien. He never lost patience or kindness. He helped me immensely. Hats off to Damien and his colleagues who were also kind and helpful. read more

Looks like any/all premium resellers of Apple. All the "goodies" are here - even an iPhone X, but…read morebehind glass locked away. Certainly not to play with.
