So today was the final straw of 3 strikes. I needed a notary once again and what better place to go…read moreto for a free one than the branch you signed up at. I have had to wait for a notary before but this time I waited 20 min in the chair and was not even spoken to. Oh but then I was, and the notary was with someone else. Response to me needing on was that state farm does it across the street......Well really now. That is just the answer I did not want to hear. So I went to the UPS store on Waverly and for 3 minutes out of my life and $2 and a very nice person to deal with. So, Just saying that customer service is your job and it is lacking. gotta say the last 2 times I went to the TD more up north in Medford and they are as nice as pie and fast. Maybe you should learn from them.
