They are good about coming out and giving bids for the work. They stick by their bid price. They ask a fair price - not cheap, but not too expensive. They are very good at what they do. He told my wife that we were responsible for replacing it at a $150 cost. She told him we are not responsible if he breaks a tool and that we would not pay it.
