Very poor service. Demanded a $250.00 payment to get on the client list and to receive service, never to hear from them again. 6 weeks before first communication and by then had to hire another company to do the job. Oasis Landscaping took care of the landscaping and landscape maintenance of our home for almost 20 years. They installed and maintained the irrigation system, installed sod, landscaped the yard, mulched the flower beds, cut and trimmed the lawns, and performed leaf removal -- a lot of leaves in our case because of many trees on our property. Oasis also installed the Christmas lights on our home, and kept our driveway and walkway plowed in the winter. Keith, the Oasis owner, is always responsive. I contracted with Oasis to install both a lawn irrigation system and a drip-system for my flower beds. Keith, the owner, was all smiles and warm handshakes before I wrote the check for his company's services. For me, a big selling point was the lifetime guarantee to replace any products that broke. That guarantee was crucial to my decision to go with Oasis. - Once I wrote the initial check to Oasis, and the lawn irrigation system was installed, things began to go down hill. - In my experience, Oasis is not good at servicing what they sell and their communication with customers is severely lacking. - I had an issue develop with the lawn irrigation system and needed them to make a service call. I ended up having to call three times just to get the service call scheduled. They told me it would be two weeks. They said they would call before they came out. Did they? No. I just happened to be home when the guy showed up. If I hadn't been home, he wouldn't have known what the issue was. - The same thing happened when they came to winterize my system. They didn't come out when they said they would. They just showed up out of the blue - no notice. I had questions I wanted to ask. Luckily I was home when they showed up. My other big issue with Oasis is the owner, Keith. I had a few questions about a bill he sent me so I emailed him about them. He called me and was extremely rude. He repeatedly yelled at me over the phone. Then he hung up on me. I called him right back and he announced that he was firing me as a customer and then he hung up on me again. So, that lifetime guarantee to replace any broken parts (the one that was the difference maker when it came time for me to decide which company to go with - out the window). Thanks, Keith. Your word is as good as your service. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Oasis. I've been working with Superior Irrigation and couldn't be happier. They come out within a day or two of when I call. They call before they come out. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They do great work. Their price is comparable to Oasis, maybe a bit more, but they more than make up for it by not having to deal with a bunch of hassles. I contacted Oasis in October of 2014 as I really wanted a one stop shop for most of my lawn care needs. I needed someone to mow, handle my leaves, open and close my sprinkler, as well as complete some landscaping projects I needed done over time. Keith, the owner, came out in early November to discuss my needs and wants. He closed my sprinkler that day, we talked about my landscape projects. When he left he said he would call me in January to get me on the schedule for the landscape projects and directed me to contact their office to schedule some guys to come out and pick up my fallen leaves. Leaf removal was per guy by the hour. They both dollied around for almost 5 hours. I've done the whole yard in 6 hours by myself. Albeit, i paid the overpriced bill. January came and went. No word from Keith. I called in early February and he came out to discuss my project. He asked that I take pictures of the landscape and email to him. I did the very next day yet I never heard back. I referred a friend that needed a retaining wall at the same time. Fast forward over a week and neither of us have heard a peep from Keith. I emailed Mollie at the office and she said he would call me. Nothing. I decided to email Keith and Mollie this time cordially expressing my frustration in the lack of communication. This is her response: "Keith wanted me to respond to your email as he is sick and hasn't been in the office much. He thinks it's probably best if you find another contractor for your job because he doesn't think we can meet your expectations at this time. We already have multiple jobs on the calendar that carried over from 2014, so it's likely that we can't get to your job until springtime. Thank you very much for referring your friend. I will be contacting them with an update as well." Now that Keith spent the last 4 months wasting my time I likely have to wait until spring as all of the good landscapers are booked. Oasis has fantastic customer service! Our watering system developed a leak on a Sunday morning and I contacted Keith. He came to our house and within one minute the leak was stopped. Since we began service with Oasis our yard has been much improved. Molly in the office is very pleasant and helpful, always prompt in addressing my needs.
